When cut at the thin section 6, the application member 2 preferably has a thickness of about 3
It should be made to exhibit ~10 mm and 1 g. The application member 2 is preferably one that has good permeability to the liquid agent, is inert to the liquid agent, has good shape retention, has a pleasant feel when applied to the skin, and does not cause pieces of the application member to come out. , one in which a large number of acetylcellulose-based long fibers are fixed into a bundle to form a cylindrical shape as a whole, or a porous one can be used. This application member 2 is preferably fixed to the container body 1 so that it does not move. In order to fix it, it is necessary that a part longer than the length of the part of the application member 2 that is exposed when cut at the thin wall part 6 is housed in the container, and when force is applied to the exposed part. The hard plastic body of the antiseptic treatment device of the present invention is preferably provided with a thin wall portion 6 having a thickness of about 0.15 to 0.5 mm, which is formed for rupture. The shape of this thin part 6 is, for example, a V-shaped groove as shown in Fig. 1. Normally, force is applied to it, so it is important to set it so that it is easy to break only when force is applied from the side. In order to apply stress, make a hard plastic structure with a certain width, that is, 20 mm or more, on both sides of the thin wall part 6 in the middle of the hard plastic container body 1 so that it is wide enough to be pinched with one finger. .
