部にクラツチギアが一体的に形成された駆動ギア
と、上記駆動ギアに対設されると共に上記回転軸
と一体回転するハブと、上記ハブの外周歯に噛み
合うと共に上記回転軸方向に摺動して上記クラツ
チギアにも選択的に噛み合う内周歯の形成された
スリーブと、上記駆動ギアと一体回転すると共に
外周端にコーン面の形成された円板状のアウタリ
ングと、上記アウタリングに対設されると共に外
周端に同アウタリングのコーン面に摺接するコー
ン面が形成されたコーンプツシユプレートと、上
記スリーブに支持されると共に基準位置に保持さ
れている上記スリーブが上記クラツチギアとの噛
み合い位置へ移動する際に押圧力を受けて端部に
連結された上記コーンプツシユプレートを上記ア
ウタリング側に移動させる複数のピンとを有し、
上記アウタリングと上記コーンプツシユプレート
との各外周端のコーン面はそれぞれが同心的に配
設された二重のコーン面として形成されているこ
