Description
図面は、本考案に係る交流発電機におけるロー
タコイルのコイルボビン構造の実施例を示したも
のであつて、第１図は交流発電機の一部断面側面
図、第２図はロータコア部の一部断面側面図、第
３図はコイルボビンの斜視図、第４図はコイルボ
ビン部の断面図である。 図中、１は発電機、２はロータ軸、３はロータ
コア、３ａはボス部、３ｂは鍔部、３ｃは磁極爪
、４はコイルボビン、４ａは巻胴部、４ｂはフラ
ンジ部、４ｃ，４ｄは開口、５はロータコイル、
１０は樹脂材である。
タコイルのコイルボビン構造の実施例を示したも
のであつて、第１図は交流発電機の一部断面側面
図、第２図はロータコア部の一部断面側面図、第
３図はコイルボビンの斜視図、第４図はコイルボ
ビン部の断面図である。 図中、１は発電機、２はロータ軸、３はロータ
コア、３ａはボス部、３ｂは鍔部、３ｃは磁極爪
、４はコイルボビン、４ａは巻胴部、４ｂはフラ
ンジ部、４ｃ，４ｄは開口、５はロータコイル、
１０は樹脂材である。
Claims (1)
- ロータ軸に圧入固定されるボス部と、該ボス部
の両側から外径方向に起立し先端部に磁極爪が形
成された鍔部とを有するランドル型のロータコア
に、ロータコイルが巻装される巻胴部と、該巻胴
部両側に形成されるフランジ部とを備えたコイル
ボビンを、巻胴部がロータコアのボス部に外嵌さ
れ、フランジ部がロータコアの鍔部内周面に対接
するよう嵌着してなるロータコイルを有する交流
発電機において、上記コイルボビンの巻胴部およ
びフランジ部にそれぞれ複数の開口を開設すると
共に、該開口には絶縁性を有した熱伝導性の良い
樹脂材を充填したことを特徴とする交流発電機に
おけるロータコイルのコイルボビン構造。
