Conventionally, a storage rail is connected to the end of a main rail installed on the ceiling to form a storage section, and a large number of suspended movable panels that move along the main rail are connected to each other within the storage section. Various movable panels have been devised in which the movable panels are put in and stored in a substantially parallel manner so that their wide faces face each other, or they are sequentially let out from this stored state so that the wide faces of each movable panel are moved along the longitudinal direction of the main rail.

The connection is made obliquely in plan view so that the distance from the first storage rail increases as the distance from the main rail increases, and one endless conveyance chain is provided along the longitudinal direction of the main rail from the first storage rail. On the other hand, a chain sprocket with a torque limiter is provided on each hanging support that is attached to the upper end of each movable panel so that it can move from the main rail to the first storage rail, and this chain sprocket is always connected to the conveyance chain. When engaged, the movable panel can be moved back and forth between the storage rail and the main rail. Further, a structure is disclosed in which the other end of the upper end of the movable panel is guided from the main rail to the second storage rail in a free state.

However, in cases where the height from the ceiling to the floor of the room is considerably high, such as in a gymnasium or school auditorium, the weight of each movable panel becomes considerably heavy. Therefore, in order to engage all the movable panels with one conveyance chain and move them all at once, as in the prior art, the conveyance chain must be made large enough to withstand it, and at the same time. This transport chain driving motor also had the disadvantage of being large.

ルの繰り出すときにも同じ事が言える。 In addition, as mentioned above, only one of the pair of claws at the top of the movable panel is forcibly moved, so for example, when moving the movable panel from the main rail to the storage rail section, if the movable panel has a large weight, it will be forced to move. It becomes difficult to smoothly guide the suspension support on the front side in the direction of travel that is not connected to the second storage rail. The same thing can be said when extending the moving panel from the storage rail to the main rail.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention connects one end of each of the pair of storage rails to one side of the main rail installed on the ceiling to form a storage section, and connects the upper end of each of the plurality of movable panels. The hanging supports are fitted into both storage rails and the main rail so as to be movable along their longitudinal directions, and the hanging supports are inserted into both storage rails at appropriate pitches along their longitudinal directions. A storage section conveying device is provided for intermittently transporting both suspension supports onto the main rail or from the main rail to both storage rails. An engagement rail such as a chain is disposed along the other side opposite to the connection opening with the storage rail, and
A contact wire is arranged at the bottom of the main rail along the other side, each of the moving panels is equipped with a drive motor, and the upper part of each moving panel is equipped with a sprocket, etc. that can mesh with the rail. protrudingly provided with an engagement drive wheel, the engagement drive wheel is rotationally driven by the drive motor, and is attached to a horizontally rotatable arm of a current collector provided on the upper end surface of each movable panel. The collector is regulated so as to be biased to protrude toward the contact wire, and the distance between the front surface of the collector and the surface of the contact wire in the movable panel that moves toward the main rail from the storage rail is controlled by the engagement drive. The distance is set to be smaller than the distance between the front end of the ring and the engagement rail.

With this configuration, when the movable panel is fed out from the storage section into the main rail, and vice versa, when it is fed into the storage section from the main rail, the movable panel is moved by the storage section conveyance device provided in the storage section, and the movable panel is moved from the main rail. Inside, the movable panels are switched to be self-propelled by the drive device provided on the movable panels themselves, and when each movable panel is fed out from the storage section into the main rail, the sprocket is activated because the drive motor of the movable panel has already started rotating. The engagement drive wheels such as the above engage with the engagement rails of the chain while rotating, so when the engagement drive wheels approach the engagement rails while in a stopped state, the tips of the engagement teeth of the engagement drive wheels There is no possibility that the rollers collide with the rollers of the engagement rail chain and cannot be engaged.
Both can be engaged smoothly.

Since the drive motor has already started rotating, the engagement drive wheel can start to mesh with the engagement rail when the motor's starting torque is sufficiently large, and even if the drive motor's starting torque is small, It can be used.

Since the front and rear gaps between the clamping bodies 19 and 19 in the clamping bodies 1 and 11 are located at a position that does not impede the advancement of the projections 10 of the hanging support 5, each of the projections 10 fits into the front and rear clearances of the clamping bodies 19 and 19. become. Both suspension supports 5, 5 of the movable panel P are connected to both storage rails 2.
a, 2b, this is sensed and the limit switch L3 is operated to reversely rotate the drive motor M1 of the storage section conveying device 9, and the clamping body 19 on the lower side of both endless chains 11, 11 is rotated in the opposite direction. ,1
At 9, both hanging supports 5, 5 are guided to storage rails 2a, 2b in the direction of arrow D, which is perpendicular to the direction of movement up until now. Then, when moving appropriately in the direction of arrow D, the limit switch L4 is touched and actuated to stop the drive motor M1, so that the endless chain 1

In this way, according to the present invention, the main rail has
Along the longitudinal direction, an engagement rail such as a chain is arranged on the other side opposite to the connection opening with the storage rail, and a contact wire is arranged at the bottom of the main rail along the other side, Each movable panel is equipped with a drive motor, and an engagement drive wheel such as a sprocket that can mesh and engage with the engagement rail is provided protruding from the upper end surface of each movable panel. A current collector is provided on the upper end surface of each movable panel and includes an arm that is rotatably driven by the drive motor and is horizontally rotatable so as to press and bias the current collector toward the contact wire. As a result, the movable panels were configured to be able to move on their own.
Even if the movable panel itself is heavy or has a long vertical length, it can be easily moved.

とができる。 Further, on the upper end surface of each movable panel, a current collector attached to a horizontally rotatable arm of the current collector is regulated so as to protrude toward the contact wire, and is directed from the storage rail to the main rail. The distance between the front surface of the current collector and the surface of the contact wire in the movable panel that moves closer was set to be smaller than the distance between the front end of the engagement drive wheel and the engagement rail, so that the movable panel When moving toward the main rail from the storage rail, power supply can be started from the contact wire before the engagement drive wheel on the moving panel engages with the engagement rail, and the engagement drive wheel is engaged. Since the drive motor has already started rotating before it engages with the matching rail,
When the electric motor starting torque becomes sufficiently large, the engagement drive wheel can begin to mesh with the engagement rail.
