As seen in Patent No. 63-279801, the outsole and the upper resin layer were integrally molded at the same time.

Even if one wanted to change the color, foaming ratio (affecting abrasion resistance, hardness, etc.), material, etc. of the outsole and upper, it would not have been possible. However, for example, the outsole is required to have abrasion resistance, oil resistance, heat resistance, etc., while the upper is required to have a good feel and aesthetic appearance.
It is often required to vary the foaming ratio, material, etc.

It is necessary to mold it from the following materials. The inventor noticed that this could be achieved by molding the top and bottom parts in two stages.

。In addition, since the part where the resin layer is formed as the upper cover is hidden in appearance and becomes invisible, it is also possible to use an upper with a cutout in that part, which saves on the use of the upper material. It is also possible to use a variety of upper materials, such as those made by sewing and joining materials, or one piece.

ことを特徴とする靴の製造方法である。(Means for solving the problem) This manufacturing method involves suspending the upper material and the insole from the last, and then attaching it to the outer surface of the upper of the shoe and from the midsole to just before the outer surface of the finished outsole. It is held in a first female mold that has a kiahiti of the same shape as the outer shape of the temporary sole set in the first female mold, and the first female mold and the upper material, and the first female mold and the middle. Resin such as foamed polyurethane is injected into the gaps formed between the sole and the upper, and the first layer of the outsole is molded with the resin layer. Then, this state is used as the finished surface of the shoe. It is held in a second female mold that has a cavity with the same shape as the outer surface of the bottom, and a resin such as foamed polyurethane is injected into the gap formed between the mold and the second female mold to form the second layer of the top and bottom. This is a method of manufacturing shoes characterized by molding them with a resin layer.

In the case of foamed resin, it is molded while expanding under its own foaming pressure, so there is no need to apply pressure during injection, but in the case of non-foamed resin, it may be necessary to press fit.

Although it is possible to use the female mold 6b as is, it is preferable to prepare a separate mold for a. The female mold 11b is provided with a cavity 12 having a shape that matches the outer shape of the 1-formed surface and bottom. Next, a resin such as foamed polyurethane is injected into the gap 13 between the second female mold (i) and the outsole first layer 4a to form the outsole second layer 4b. After the resin hardens, the mold is removed. Once removed, the desired molded shoe is completed.
