- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 送風筒と、排風筒とを有する箱形の装置本体と
、 装置本体の内部に収納してなる紫外線照射器と
、 装置本体の下面に配設してなる透光性のガラス
と、 装置本体の送風筒と排風筒とに支持してなるシ
ヤツターを開閉するシヤツター駆動用エアー管と
を有し、 装置に通電する前に装置内部を排気し、また装
置に異常が発生したときに通電を停止し、装置内
部を冷却風で排気するように構成したことを特徴
とする防爆形紫外線照射装置。
