Claims (1)
- 洗浄装置本体に設けた、流体路を有する回転駆
動軸に鉛直面内で回転する環状板を固定し、害環
状板の面壁部半径方向に、ノズルを装着した一対
の固定ノズルチヤンバーを対向させて配設し、該
一対の固定ノズルチヤンバーの外方端部に加工部
品を載置する加工部品載置部材を設けると共に該
一対の固定ノズルチヤンバーの中間部で、前記加
工部品載置部材と対向する位置に該加工部品載置
部材に対して近接離反する、ノズルと、加工部品
用クランパとを装着した可動ノズルチヤンバーを
移動自在に配設し、前記固定ノズルチヤンバーお
よび前記可動ノズルチヤンバーと、前記流体路と
を流体供給手段によつてそれぞれ連結したことを
特徴とする加工部品の洗浄装置。
