Claims (1)
- 冷凍サイクルにより水を冷却するチラーユニツ
トと、このチラーユニツトの水冷却器と連通する
水回路と、この水回路に接続された高温部および
低温部に区画された水タンクと、この水タンクの
低温部から負荷側に冷水を供給し、負荷側からの
戻り配管を上記水タンクの高温部に接続した水回
路と、上記チラーユニツトの水冷却器水出口から
上記水タンクの高温部および低温部に流入する水
回路および上記水タンクの高温部および低温部に
流入する水回路を選択的に切換える切換弁と、上
記水タンクの低温部に流入する水回路の末端部に
設けたノズルとから構成したことを特徴とする冷
水供給装置。
