Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ベルトコンベアの搬送路下方域を覆い、ベ
    ルトコンベアからの落鉱を受けるようにベルトコ
    ンベアの巾方向に広がり、且つベルトコンベアの
    長手方向傾斜に沿つて傾斜配設される大略樋形状
    の複数の連結される合成樹脂製落鉱受板と、 落鉱受板の内面に巾方向両上部より中央下部に
    向かう第１流水と長手方向上流より下流に向かう
    第２流水とからなり、落鉱受板内に落下する落鉱
    を受ける流水層を形成する給水手段と、 上記流水層が受け、上流から下流に搬送する落
    鉱を流水とともに落鉱受板下流端から排出する排
    出手段とを備えることを特徴とするベルトコンベ
    アの落鉱受排出構造。 (2) 上記給水手段は、上記第１流水を間欠的に
    給水する一方、上記第２流水を常時給水すること
    を特徴とする請求項(1)記載のベルトコンベアの
    落鉱受排出構造。 (3) 上記ベルトコンベアには、その上流端復帰
    位置近傍にて該コンベアに洗浄水を供給する洗浄
    手段が設けられ、洗浄後の上記洗浄水は上記落鉱
    受板によつて上記第１、第２流水とともに排出さ
    れることを特徴とする請求項(1)又は(2)記載のベ
    ルトコンベアの落鉱受排出構造。 (4) 上記落鉱受板内面の略中央部には耐摩耗性
    被覆層が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項
    (1)記載のベルトコンベアの落鉱受排出構造。
