The amount of raw garbage such as unsold food and leftover food from restaurants continues to increase year by year, and the treatment of the generated garbage, especially the removal of odors from storage areas, has become a problem. In the past, products were temporarily stored in warehouses with refrigeration equipment to prevent odors from emitting, but this only served to suppress the smell of putrefaction and had the disadvantage of increasing equipment costs. Therefore, they are generally simply stored tightly in a separate shed near the back door where it is not noticeable, to prevent odors from escaping outside.

It has been pointed out that not only the workers but also the surrounding area is being affected by the odor emitted during processing and transportation, and improvements are urgently needed. [Means for solving the problem] Therefore, at least one side is made of a breathable board (1),
We have developed a deodorizing panel with a structure in which the interior is filled with wood chips (2) such as wood chips and wood flour, and a moisture supply device (3) is provided to the wood chips (2). The wood strips (2) referred to here are cedar, cedar,
Coniferous materials such as cypress, toga, and pine are suitable. Furthermore, it is not prohibited to add and mix various deodorizers and deodorants to the wood strips (2). For example, as a deodorizing agent by adsorption, use of fresh charcoal, activated carbon, perlite, etc. can be mentioned. [Function] The deodorizing panel with the above structure removes malodorous components such as ammonia, trimethylamine, hydrogen sulfide, and dimethyl sulfide generated from food waste such as leftover food from the wood strips (2) to which moisture has been supplied. The contained air passes through the breathable board and comes into contact with it, and the process of passing through the board and contact with the wood chips (2) provides the effect of adsorbing and removing malodorous components. When a deodorizing agent is added and mixed with the wood chips (2), adsorption and removal is further promoted. The mechanism of deodorization is not clear at present, but dry wood chips have very little effect and the addition of moisture is a necessary condition. etc. are possible. ■Example 1 An example of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. 1 is an enlarged sectional view of the deodorizing panel of the present invention corresponding to the section AA in FIG. 3, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG. 3. FIG. 3 is a front view of the deodorizing panel of the present invention. As seen in these figures, one side of this deodorizing panel was made of saran net and galvanized wire mesh as the breathable board material (1). On the other side, a stainless steel punched metal plate is used as the backing material (4), and these are used as the vertical and horizontal bars (5) and (6).
It is formed into a panel shape so that a cavity is created inside. The size of the panel is 900 x 1800+am. Of course, other specifications are also possible. This interior was filled with chips of cedar crushed into approximately 4 square pieces as wood chips (2). A drainage gutter (11) for discharging excess water is provided at the bottom of the deodorizing panel (10) as shown in FIG. Figures 4 and 5 show an example of using the deodorizing panel as a wall panel for a leftover food storage box. FIG. 4 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the leftover food storage box, and FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the same leftover food storage box. Inside the box, whose outer wall (7) is finished with colored corrugated iron and whose roof (8) is covered with a concrete panel, the deodorizing panel (10) is installed on the wall except for the garbage entrance (9). A water supply line is then run to the wood strip (2) from a water supply device (3) consisting of a water tap or a water distribution pipe connected to a tank and a pump. This leftover food storage box has an internal capacity of approximately 3.5 vn.
I put restaurant leftover food in it mainly during the summer season from March to November and stored it for about 9 months. When I took it outside, it was full of maggots and had a strong odor, but the inside of the storage room was mostly empty. It was odorless. With a similar internal volume to this, the deodorizing panel (10) of the present invention
If leftover food from a restaurant was placed in a conventional leftover food storage box that was not attached to the wall and stored for the same period of time, the box would emit an intolerable odor every time the door was opened. [Effects of the Invention] With the completion of the deodorizing panel of the present invention, by installing it in a storage area for leftover food, etc., food waste such as leftover food can be stored without adversely affecting workers or the surrounding area. became. In addition, there is no longer a need to install refrigeration equipment to prevent odor emissions, and it is also possible to reduce equipment costs and running costs such as power consumption.
