を有する合成樹脂製の蓋体4とを蛇腹状本体1の
嵌合部15に取付けて溶着する構造を有するもの
である。前記蛇腹状本体1の嵌合部15に蓋体4
の開口部17を蛇腹状本体1側のフランジ部16
外面と蓋体4のフランジ18外面との間に間げき
を形成した状態で嵌入保持すること、次いで蛇腹
状本体1と、これに仮嵌合装着された蓋体4とを
一体的に回転して、蛇腹状本体1のフランジ部1

の周囲縁及び端面を集中的に回転しながら加熱し

れ、変形しにくく、均一な溶着を行なわせようと

実施例の構成は第1図から第4図に示すとおり
である。まず第3図に示す溶着構造から説明する
と、シヤフト5に取付けられたA型枠6はシヤフ
ト5との取付側とは反対側の面を開放した断面形
状コ字状に形成し、その凹所内を蛇腹状本体1を
収容支持するためのA保持室7とするよう形成す
る。このA型枠6とシヤフト5とは保持室7の中
心軸線とシヤフト5の回転中心軸線とが一致する
ように取付けられる。他方A型枠6の開放面に対
向する側には左右方向に移動可能な軸8にB型枠
9が固定され、このB型枠9はA型枠6に対向す
る面に凹部が形成され、この凹部は蓋体4を収容
して保持するB保持室10とするものである。こ
のB保持室10の中心軸線はA型枠6の中心軸線
と一致し、かつ軸5の回転軸線とも一致するよう
にしたものである。このように構成された溶着装
置において、バーナー11はA型枠6の開口側周
囲端面に指向されて対向近接して位置ぎめされて
いる。このバーナー11は加熱空気を吹き出すホ
ツトジエツトバーナーが用いられる。次に相互に
溶着される蛇腹状本体1と蓋体4との構成につい
て説明する。蛇腹状本体1は周囲壁に多数の蛇腹
12を備え、かつ底部は一体的に形成された底壁
13を設けている。すなわち一端を開口した断面
形状がほぼコ字形の容器状に形成したものであ
る。そしてこの蛇腹状本体1の底壁13の中心部
に復元用のコイルばね14の一端を嵌入させて保
持する凹部をリング状に形成し、またその開口部
に蛇腹12の最大内径部からほぼ軸線方向に沿つ
てわずかに伸長した筒状の壁で蛇腹状本体側嵌合
部15を構成し、更にこの本体側嵌合部15の開
口端周囲縁には径方向外側へ張り出したフランジ
部16を形成したものである。他方、蓋体4は蛇
腹状本体1側に向つて開く笠形状とし、その外周
に軸線方向に沿つてわずかに伸長した壁部を有す
る本体側嵌合部15に対応する蓋側開口部17を
形成し、更にこの開口部17の外周囲縁には径方
向外方へ張り出したフランジ18を形成したもの
である。なお蓋体4の内側中心部には第4図に示
すように蛇腹状本体1に溶着されるとき、本体1
の中心部において軸線上に配置された復元用のコ
イルばね14の他端内に嵌入してこれを保持する
芯部分19を形成し、かつ蓋体4の外側中心部に
は前記芯部分19と連続するように突出した押し
込み操作部20を設けたものである。蛇腹状本体
1をA型枠6の保持室7内に収容し、次いで蓋体
4をB型枠9の保持室10内に収容し、次いでコ
イルばね14を蓋体4の芯部分19に嵌入させ、
