    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ２階建て以上の住宅に、昇降路とこの昇降路を
    上下するかご、このかごを駆動する駆動装置、こ
    の駆動装置を制御する制御装置とを有するホーム
    エレベータを備えた住宅設備において、前記昇降
    路に近接する地上に、前記駆動装置と制御装置を
    備える機械室を設け、かつ、この機械室に外から
    入れる扉を備えたことを特徴とするホームエレベ
    ータを備えた住宅設備。
