Claims (1)
- 四重極質量分析装置において、四重極子に高周
波電圧を供給する高周波電源を、温度変化を感知
するためのセンサと、温度を一定に保つための加
熱及び冷却の素子及び、内部撹拌用のフアンを持
つた保温能力のあるケースに入れる事により、高
周波数電源の自己発熱温度変化による周波数特性
変動をおさえマスマーカのずれを無くした事を特
徴とする四重極質量分析装置。
