Claims (1)
- 水を収納する容器２と、容器２内の水を加熱沸
騰させる主発熱体５と、容器２内の水を保温する
保温用発熱体９とを備え、温度検出素子１４によ
り沸騰を検知して主発熱体５への通電を停止せし
めるとともに保温用発熱体９への通電を制御して
保温状態を維持する電気湯沸器において、約９５
℃の通常保温と、約７０℃の低温保温が出来、沸
騰検知後保温用発熱体９の通電を制御して一定時
間沸騰状態を維持させた後、沸騰検知前に入力さ
せた各保温状態に制御する制御素子１６を設けた
ことを特徴とする電気湯沸器。
