小さくなり鮮明なウエルドパターンが出来難い。
そこでウエルドパターンを鮮明に出すためにプレ
ス圧を上げたり、高周波電流を大きくすると、溶
断刃が合成樹脂系表皮材に深く喰い込み、高周波
電流が溶断刃に集中してスパークが多発するとい
う問題が生じるため、一般的にはプレス圧を上げ
ることなく、溶断刃の高さを低くして合成樹脂系
表皮材の溶断が行われない状態とし、薄肉化した
溶断部を人手により切り落していた。また起毛地
のオーナメント部材の場合、高周波溶着時に発生
する合成樹脂系表皮材の余肉により溶着ラインの
起毛が倒れて白化現象を生じるという問題点があ
つた。

In addition, in the case of ornamental members made of raised fabric, there is a problem in that the excess thickness of the synthetic resin skin material generated during high-frequency welding causes the raised fabric at the weld line to collapse, resulting in a whitening phenomenon.

縁に合成樹脂系表皮材を溶着し、かつ溶断する溶
断刃付のウエルド歯型を設けるとともにオーナメ
ント部材を覆う部分の合成樹脂系表皮材を吸着し
て剥離する上下動自在な吸引装置を取付けたこと
を特徴とするものである。

ある。5は下側の定盤1と対向して設けられる昇
降動自在な上側の定盤であり、該定盤5には溶断
刃6a付のウエルド歯型6が垂設されている。7
は定盤5に取付けられた上下動自在な吸引装置で
あり、該吸引装置7は吸盤8に吸引管9をばね1
0と保形用のスプリングを内蔵した蛇腹11を介
して取付ベース17に自在継手状に連結したもの
であり、エア吹込管1aからの正圧と吸引装置7
の負圧により合成樹脂系表皮材3は吸着されてオ
ーナメント部材2より浮き上り、オーナメント部
材2の溶着ラインの内周縁から離された状態で溶
着が行われる。そして、合成樹脂系表皮材3は負
圧により上方へ縮もうとする蛇腹11により溶断
刃で薄肉化された部分で切り離されるものであ
る。また、第2図は第2の実施例を示すもので、
吸引装置7は取付ベース17に取付けられる吸盤
8を吸引管9に接続するとともに、定盤5に設け
られたシリンダ12により上下動自在となつてお
り、前記第1の実施例1と同様に合成樹脂系表皮
材3を浮き上らせるとともに、溶着後の切り離し
を行うようになつている。さらに第3図は第3の
実施例を示すものであり、吸引装置7がオーナメ
ント部材2の外周形状と略同一の外周形状をした
細孔付の逆碗状部13と該逆碗状部13を上下動
するシリンダ14とよりなるものであり、下側の
定盤1と逆碗状部13間に正圧を与えるととも
に、上側の定盤5と逆碗状部13間に負圧を与え
て合成樹脂系表皮材3を吸着する。そして吸着
後、溶着を行い、溶着後シリンダ14を作動して
逆碗状部13を上昇させ、薄肉化した合成樹脂系
表皮材3を切り離すものである。15は逆碗状部
13の下端周縁に設けられるシール材である。こ
の第3の実施例は逆碗状部によつて合成樹脂系表
皮材をオーナメント部材より急峻に立上らせて、
合成樹脂系表皮材とオーナメント部材との離隔距
離を大きくし、第1、第2の実施例のものよりシ
ヤープなカツトラインを得ることができるように
したものである。

より薄肉化された合成樹脂系表皮材は吸引装置が
上昇することによつて自動的に切り離されるか
ら、従来のように人手によりナイフ等を使用して
切り離す必要もなく、省力化が可能となり、安価
に良質の自動車内装材が量産できる利点と相俟
ち、従来のこの種自動車内装材の製造装置の問題
点を解決したものとして業界の発展に寄与すると
ころ極めて大なものである。
