It is suspended from the rail 4 by a hanger roller 6 and guided along the guide groove 3 by a guide device 7 fixed to the lower part thereof. This guide device 7 includes a mounting bracket 7a fixed to a reinforcing member 8 of a landing door 5 with a screw 9, and a mounting bracket 7a fixed to the mounting bracket 7a and loosely fitted into a guide groove 3.
It consists of a synthetic resin guide 7b that slides inside. Reference numeral 10 denotes an engaging device which engages with the engaging device on the car side, and the landing door 5 is opened and closed together with the car door by a door motor installed in the car. Further, a locking device (not shown) or the like is connected to this engagement device 10. 11 is a weight that urges the landing door 5 in the closing direction; 12 is a wire rope with one end fixed to the weight 11 and the other end fixed to the entrance/exit frame 1 via a roller 13 pivoted to the landing door 5; , 14 is a guide tube that guides the weight 11 up and down.

In such an elevator, on a windy day, the guide element 7b is pressed against the inner wall 3a of the guide groove 3 due to the wind pressure, and the frictional force between the two increases, causing the landing door 5 to stop mid-opening/closing. You may end up doing this. In particular, the torque of the door motor decreases at the opening/closing end of the landing door 5, and the surface area of the landing door 5 that is in contact with the outside air becomes wider at the door closing end and is subjected to stronger wind pressure, making it more likely that the landing door 5 will stop midway. The situation was such that this was likely to occur. When the opening/closing operation of the landing door 5 is stopped midway, the elevator becomes inoperable during that time, causing a problem in that the operating efficiency of the elevator is significantly reduced.

Countermeasures have been taken, such as increasing the weight of the weight 11 or increasing the torque of the door motor after reversing the landing door 5 to cause the door to close again.

However, increasing the weight of the weight 11 increases the burden on the engagement device 10, the door motor, etc., and
It becomes difficult to open the door, and an extra electric circuit must be added to reverse the landing door 5 or increase the torque of the door motor. Furthermore, even if these measures are taken, there is no change in the state in which the guide element 7b is pressed against the inner wall 3a of the guide groove 3, so the landing door 5
There was a problem that the opening and closing operations were not smooth.

る。 In the figure, 20 has a threaded part 20a in its upper part, a large-diameter locking part 20b in its middle part, and a lower half part that protrudes below the landing door 5 through the hole 8a of the reinforcing member 8. The shaft 21 is a cylindrical guide made of synthetic resin such as polyurethane, into which the lower end of the shaft 20 is press-fitted, and the outer rings 23a and 24a of two upper and lower bearings 23 and 24 are fixed to the shaft 22. bearing 2 above.
The shaft 20 passes through the inner rings 23b and 24b of the inner rings 3 and 24. 25 is a washer attached to the shaft 20;
26 is a nut screwed into the threaded portion 20a;
The inner rings 23b and 24b are sandwiched between the washer 25 and the locking part 20b, and the shaft 20 is tightened by tightening the nut 26.
are fixed to the inner rings 23b and 24b. 27 is a bracket having an L-shaped cross section with a hole 27a drilled in the shaft 20 portion, and is fixed to the housing 22 with a screw 28; 30 is an adjustment shim 3;
1 is a screw that fixes the bracket 27 to the reinforcing member 8, and 32 is a bracket that holds the head 30a of the screw 30. In this embodiment, the position adjustment of the guide element 21 with respect to the guide groove 3 is performed using an adjustment shim 31.
This is done by adjusting the number of insertions of the housing 2.
2 is positioned so that it contacts the bottom of the reinforcing member 8.

Since the guide element 21 is configured to be rotatable with respect to the landing door 5, the guide 21 is also rotatable with the shaft 20. Therefore, since the guide 21 rolls along the inner wall 3a in conjunction with the opening/closing operation of the landing door 5, even if the guide 21 is pressed against the inner wall 3a by strong winds, there is no friction between the two. Since only rolling friction with a small coefficient is generated, door opening/closing operations are not hindered.

It's okay. Also, a bearing 2 is provided between the shaft 20 and the housing 22.
3, 24, the shaft 20 is connected to the landing door 5.
It is also possible to fix the shaft 20 to the side and provide a bearing between the shaft 20 and the guide 21, or it is also possible to configure the guide 21 only with a bearing. Furthermore, the guide element 21 is not limited to a cylindrical shape, but may be configured to be rotatable in a horizontal plane, that is, the cross section of the contact portion with the guide groove 3a is circular. The installation location and number of devices can also be arbitrarily selected.

Therefore, even when applied to the car side door, the same effect as above can be obtained, and the output of the door motor can be further reduced.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the frictional force between the door guide and the inner wall of the guide groove can be reduced, so the door can be opened and closed without any trouble even in strong winds. The output of the door motor can be reduced.
