Currently, they are becoming popular not only in government offices and corporate offices, but also in shops and ordinary households. however,
Electrostatic copying machines are devices that consume a lot of power, and many power outlets in general homes have a relatively low current capacity, so special electrical work may be required.
Alternatively, there was a problem in that it was necessary to use an electrostatic copying machine with low performance and relatively low power consumption. Conventionally, attempts have been made to reduce the power supplied to the fixing heater stepwise when the illumination lamp is turned on, and although some improvement has been achieved, it has been found that the copying machine Since it is not possible to keep the power consumption constant, it is necessary to install power outlets at peak power consumption or install low-performance copying machines, which is an extremely insufficient improvement. An electrostatic copying machine that fixes the image by a negative feedback circuit of the means for detecting the effective voltage of the illumination lamp, the electrostatic copying machine comprising means for detecting an effective voltage of the illumination lamp, and means for detecting an effective voltage of the heater. Therefore, the effective voltage applied to the illumination lamp is applied to the heater by a negative feedback circuit including a control means for keeping the effective voltage applied to the illumination lamp substantially constant, and a means for detecting the effective voltage of the heater in addition to the means for detecting the effective voltage of the illumination lamp. The lamp is provided with means for controlling an effective voltage, and is configured to keep the sum of the effective voltages applied to each of the illumination lamp and the heater substantially constant or less.

generates pulses every half wave by the terminal K-E' to which the double-wave pulsating current of the power supply is applied, and by these pulses, the transistor Q6 generates a triangular wave with a time constant determined by the resistor R1 and the capacitor C3. On the other hand, a reference voltage determined by VR1, R2, and R3 is applied to the +input terminal of the operational amplifier (hereinafter referred to as OP amplifier) IC1, and the terminal D is connected to the -input terminal via a resistor R4, and the line 103 A voltage lower than the line 103 voltage V DD by the C-D voltage is applied to the line 103 and the terminal C connected thereto. An output voltage corresponding to the difference between both input terminals is generated at the output terminal of the OP amplifier IC1, and this output voltage is connected to the + input terminal of the OP amplifier IC2, where the triangular wave is connected to the - input terminal. When the output voltage exceeds the output voltage of OP amplifier IC2, the output voltage of OP amplifier IC1 disappears, transistor Q5 loses power, voltage is generated at terminal A, energizes photothyristor 8, and thyristor 5
conducts and lights up the illumination lamp 1.

The conduction angle of the phase control of the thyristor 5 is determined by comparison with a reference voltage pre-adjusted by VR1, and the illumination lamp 1 is lit with a constant illuminance. When the lighting lamp 1 does not need to be lit, the reference voltage of the signal supplied from the terminal G of the central processing circuit (hereinafter referred to as the CPU circuit) 10 shown in FIG. 3 is made extremely high through transistors Q1 and Q4. Thyristor 5 is made non-conductive. Also, when returning from exposing and scanning an original, the reference voltage is slightly increased by transistors Q2 and Q3 in response to a signal from terminal H of the CPU circuit 10, and although the illuminance of the illumination lamp 1 is drastically reduced, it is slightly energized, and at the time of the next exposure scan. Prepare for the rise in illuminance of the illumination lamp 1 at .

Terminal C is connected to line 103, terminal D is connected to terminal E, and a voltage corresponding to the sum of voltages applied to illumination lamp 1 and heater 2 is applied between line 103 and terminal F. A voltage corresponding to the difference between this voltage and the reference voltage is generated at the output terminal of the OP amplifier IC3. OP amplifier IC4 has this voltage at the + input terminal,
- The triangular wave voltage is connected to the input terminal, and the output voltage energizes the transistor Q10. Therefore, the higher the voltage at the terminal F, the faster the voltage is generated at the terminal B, conducts the thyristor 6 via the photothyristor 9, and energizes the heater 2. Although not shown, when the fuser reaches a predetermined temperature by the bridge circuit of the thermistor 11, resistor R10, variable resistor VR3, and resistor R11 attached to the fuser, and the OP amplifier IC5, the temperature is increased by the transistors Q11 and Q8. By raising the reference voltage extremely, thyristor 6
becomes non-conductive. Also, if necessary from the CPU circuit 10, the thyristor 6 is activated by a signal from its terminal I.

Since the output of the OP amplifier IC 6 disappears and an OFF signal is sent to the CPU circuit 10 through the terminal J, the CPU circuit 10 stops the copying operation. However, since no signal is output from the terminal I at this time, the heater 2 is energized, and when the temperature reaches a certain level again, the copying operation is resumed.

性能の複写機を提供することができる。Effects of the Invention In general, in electrostatic copying machines that use a heat fixing method, most of the power consumption is consumed by the illumination lamp and fixing heater. However, according to the present invention, while ensuring the illuminance of the lighting lamp, The remaining power is used to heat the fuser heater, and regardless of how the lighting lamps are energized, the power consumption is kept within a certain limit and the fuser is heated as needed with the surplus power, so it can be used even in ordinary homes. Exposure performance and fixing performance can be ensured with sufficient power consumption. In particular, a means for controlling the effective voltage applied to the fuser heater is provided by means of a negative feedback circuit which includes a means for detecting the effective voltage of the fixing heater in addition to a means for detecting the effective voltage of the illumination lamp. Since the sum of the applied effective voltages is kept below a constant level, the capacity of the power outlet can be fully utilized without a 1W loss, and even if there are fluctuations in the power supply voltage or the set voltage of the lighting lamps that naturally occur, Even if there is a problem, the capacity of the power outlet will not be strictly exceeded, and therefore a high-performance copying machine can be provided with a small-capacity power supply.

Nothing happens.
