It is essential. However, like the objects to be coated, the hangings are coated with paint and then baked in a furnace, so it is not easy to maintain their grounding function continuously. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a painting hanger that is difficult to attract powder and can ground the object to be painted.

When the object to be coated is suspended, only the part that receives the load elastically deforms or bends, and the conductive powder that was previously separated - or the conductive powder and the conductive core material - come into contact and become partially conductive, resulting in The object to be coated will be grounded.

有する。In the hanging tool of the present invention, the part where the object to be coated is suspended and is under load is in a conductive state, and the other part, which is not under load, is in an insulating state. In a painting shop, most of the charged coating particles that fly towards the object to be coated stick to the grounded object, but some of the remaining particles reach near the surface of the hanger. However, since the surface of the hanging tool is not grounded, there is no attraction effect, and on the other hand, because it is electrically insulated, the charge of the charged coating particles that initially adhered cannot escape, and because they have the same polarity, they repel and cause further damage. There is no adhesion. In the example of claim 2, the amount of adhesion can be further reduced by blowing air from inside the hanger to scatter the adhering powder. In addition, the air intake and exhaust on the surface of the hanging device is effective in removing stuck paint,
By blowing out a small amount of cooling air, the seizure also has the effect of helping to thermally protect the elastic body and sponge body inside. Furthermore, as can be easily imagined by those skilled in the art, by making at least the end of the conductive core material on the side of the object to be coated removable, it is possible to replace it depending on the type and weight of the object to be coated. have

3). In order to explain the cross section of the hanging device in detail, the foamed part (3a) of the sponge body (3) is shown as many small circles, and the conductive powder (3b) is shown as black dots, and its wall thickness is also relatively thick. I'm drawing. FIG. 1 shows a state in which no object to be coated is hung, and the periphery (3c) of the hanging tool is insulated from the conductive core material (1). On the other hand, FIG. 2 shows a state in which the object to be coated (9) is hung on the hanger shown in FIG. The sponge body (
3) The foamed parts (3a) etc. are deformed and the conductive powders (3b) come into contact with each other or the conductive powders (3b) and the conductive core material (1), and as a result, only the part that receives the load becomes conductive.
This shows that the object to be coated (9) is in a grounded state. The area around the other sponge body (3) that is not under load is also in an insulated state. When the object to be coated (9) is removed and the load is removed, it restores to its original shape. - [Another embodiment] Figure 3 shows an example using a bendable cylindrical elastic body (4),
Although not illustrated, one embodiment is shown in which only the contacts are electrically conductive when the object to be coated is suspended, and are electrically insulated at other times. That is, a cylindrical elastic body (4) is fixed to the tip of the hanging tool so that it can be held by covering the conductive core material (1) at a certain distance around the conductive core material (1) like a balloon. There are 7.

Although the explanatory diagram is omitted, when the object to be coated is suspended, the cylindrical elastic body (4) is bent as a whole, and the conductive core material (1) and the object to be coated bend in the elastic body (4) in the vicinity where the object to be coated comes into contact.

That is, the ground side of the pipe-shaped conductive material (6) communicates with the small hole (6a) at the end of the object to be coated, and although the introduction method is omitted, the air (7) is It is ejected from the surface of the sponge body (3) through the hole (6a) as shown by the arrow (7a). Also, although not shown, a sponge body (3
) is not spongy and has no air permeability, or if it has very little air permeability, the surface of the sponge body (3) will be reduced and deformed by the depressurizing action of the suction air (7b).
