In particular, the opening corners are joined to the frame member with their longitudinal ends butted against each other. For this joining, generally an L with a corner shape is used.
After fitting the two ends into the longitudinal ends of the frame material, the joint hardware and the corresponding frame material are screwed together with the two frames butted against each other.

In corner joining using L-shaped joint hardware, it is difficult to butt the ends of the frame members completely without any gaps. This is due to cutting errors in the frame material, etc., but conventionally, the gap has been filled with a wet coating material to prevent water leakage. However, as the coating material deteriorates over time, conventional joint hardware is not sufficient as a leakage prevention measure.

Further, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 15196/1980, it is desirable to interpose a waterproof sheet on the abutting surfaces, since sealing performance can be maintained for a long time.

The above-mentioned problem is a frame material in which a joint hardware forming a corner is fitted into the longitudinal ends of two hollow or semi-hollow frames, and the longitudinal ends are screwed to the joint hardware at the joining corner. In the corner joining device, the joint hardware is constituted by a unit joint hardware that is divided into two at the seam of the longitudinal end and has a slanted wall having a joint end face parallel to the seam, and at least a A plate sealing material covering the eyes is interposed, and both unit joint hardware are bolted inside the frame material, and the body and head are connected to the bolted position of the slanted wall of one of the joint hardware on the plane passing through the two frame members. The head of the keyhole is larger than the head of the bolt and the body is smaller, and a female thread is formed to correspond to the inclined wall of the other joint metal fitting. This problem can be solved by forming operating holes for inserting bolt fasteners at one wall of the unit joint hardware on the extension of the axis and at the outer wall of the frame into which the unit joint hardware is inserted.

In this invention, each joint hardware is fitted to the target frame material in advance and secured with screws so that when the longitudinal ends of the frame materials are butted together at the corners, a slight gap will be created between the joint end surfaces of the joint hardware. put. Next, a plate-shaped sealing material is inserted between the joints of the longitudinal ends, and bolts are fastened inside the frame member until tension is generated between the two joint hardware.

するようになる。 Due to the above-mentioned bolt fastening, a large tensile force is generated between the metal fittings, and the reaction force causes the joint between the longitudinal ends to be pressed together without any gaps. In addition, the pressing force from the bolt perpendicular to the plate-shaped sealing material interposed at the seam acts on the plate-shaped sealing material, and compared to the above-mentioned publication example, a stronger and more uniform pressing force acts on the entire area of the sealing material, It will demonstrate excellent water leakage prevention function over a long period of time.

By forming the bolts, it is possible to easily perform bolt fastening from the outside.

板状シール材を介して密着させることができる。 Furthermore, in the present invention, a plate-shaped sealing material is interposed between the inclined walls. In this case, since each inclined wall and the plate-shaped sealing material are fitted into the frame material, inserting their fastening bolts from outside the frame material is inferior in terms of workability. Therefore, a keyhole-shaped through hole was formed at the bolt fastening position of the slanted wall of one of the joint hardware, and the head of the keyhole was made larger than the head of the bolt. By making the body small, the bolts are loosely screwed into the other joint hardware through the plate-shaped sealing material in advance, and then one frame member is attached to the other frame with one joint hardware inserted. Butt against the material. At this time, since the head of the through hole is larger than the head of the bolt, both frame members can be butted against each other. Next, move one of the frame members along the mating surface so that the body of the through hole fits relatively to the body of the bolt, then insert a wrench through the operation hole and tighten the bolt. This allows both inclined walls to be brought into close contact with each other via the plate-shaped sealing material.

Body through holes 3j, 3j having a width larger than the diameter of the threaded portion 6b are formed at the fastening position so as to overlap the through holes 3i, 3i and the through holes 3i, 3i, respectively. Therefore, the overall shape is a keyhole shape. The direction of the keyhole is along the plane through which the head through hole 3i and the body through hole 3j pass, that is, the plane through which the two frame members pass, in other words, along the surface of FIG. 1. In order to perform the bolt fastening operation when the longitudinal ends 1i and 2i butt together, the first frame material and the first joint hardware 3 are placed on the extension line of the fastening position as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. As explained above, according to the present invention, since the longitudinal ends of the frame material are pressed together with bolts, cutting errors of the frame material can be absorbed and discarded, and the generation of gaps can be prevented.
また、合わせ目には板状シール材を介在させて
いるため、より強力な漏水防止が図れる。 Furthermore, since a plate-shaped sealing material is interposed at the seam, stronger water leakage prevention can be achieved.
また、外部から締結ボルトがみえないから美観

を特徴とする枠材のコーナ接合装置。[Claims for Utility Model Registration] A joint hardware forming a corner is fitted into the longitudinal ends of two hollow or semi-hollow frames, and the longitudinal ends are screwed to the joint hardware at the joint corners. In the corner joining device for frame materials, the joint hardware is constituted by a unit joint hardware that is divided into two at the seam of the longitudinal end and has an inclined wall having a joint end face parallel to the seam, A plate sealing material that covers at least the seam is interposed between them, and both unit joint hardware are bolted inside the frame material, and a bolt is attached to the plane passing through the two frame members at the bolt fastening position of the slanted wall of one of the joint hardware. A keyhole-shaped through hole is formed along which the part and the head are aligned, and the head of the keyhole is larger than the head of the bolt, and the body is smaller, and a female thread is formed to correspond to the slanted wall of the other joint metal fitting. An operation hole for inserting a bolt fastener is formed at one of the unit joint hardware wall positions on the extension line of the axis of the through-hole and at the outer wall position of the frame material into which the unit joint hardware is inserted. A corner joining device for frame materials.
