  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 筐体内に収容された被加温物を加温する加温装
    置において、 上記被加温物の表面に添接し得るように配備さ
    れ、内部に流体を流通させ得る空間を備えた加温
    部材と、 上記加温部材の上記空間内に循環熱媒体を流通
    させて該加温部材を全体的に斑なく加熱すべく上
    記循環熱媒体を加熱する加熱手段とを具備してな
    ることを特徴とする加温装置。
