「産業上の利用分野」
本案は廃タイヤ丸ごと燃焼炉を備えたボイラー

従来、ボイラーの燃焼炉において廃タイヤを燃
料として用いるものがある(実開昭54−37970
号)。しかし廃タイヤを丸ごと燃焼させる場合に
ロストル上の廃タイヤに向つて直接空気を供給す
ることが困難であり、さらにロストル下方まで空
気を送風し難いためロストル上の廃タイヤは完全
に燃焼し難く、ロストル上の廃タイヤは乾溜状態
となり廃タイヤからの発生ガスが廃タイヤの上方
で燃焼するため炉内温度はロストルの遥か上方で
最も高くなる。そのため廃タイヤの温度は比較的
低くタイヤ内の針金を溶融することは困難である
から残留金属線の取出口を設ける必要があるし、
ロストル下に落下する炭化塵を白色塵に燃焼させ
ることは困難であつた。又火皿上の廃油燃焼炉が
あるが上昇発生ガスを燃焼させるもので火皿上の
廃油の燃焼温度は比較的低い。そしてボイラーを
火室の外側に設けたため、燃焼熱を直接利用し難

から上記円筒1の内部に開口する多数の噴出孔7
を設け、上記円筒1に設けた開閉自在材料投入口
10を円筒状柵3の内部に開口し該投入口10か
ら廃タイヤ28を丸ごと投入可能な火室29を備
え、該火室29の上部に水缶30を上記円筒1に
組込み、該水缶30の底板31及び上板32に開
口する複数の通気管33を該水缶30の内部に設
けてなるボイラー37を有する廃タイヤ燃焼ボイ

29となす。又下部の噴出孔6から噴出する旋回
空気は上記円筒状柵3の抵抗を受けその強い旋回
力が阻害され竜巻現象が防止され攪拌現象が起
り、ロストル2上の上記タイヤ28を強く燃焼
し、該タイヤ28の燃焼温度を上昇させる。そし
て旋回空気は燃焼ガスと共に上昇して上部噴出孔
7から噴出する旋回空気によつて充分燃焼(燃焼
温度1200℃以上)して通気管33を上昇し同管3
3の外周にある水38の温度を100℃以上に上昇
し水缶30内の蒸気圧を所要圧力に上昇させるこ
とが出来る。噴出孔6,7の直径方向との斜向方
向は両噴出孔6,7に於て互いに反対方向でもよ

外周面に設けられ、その噴出孔7は水平とすると
良いし上記環状送風ダクト4,5は送風機11に
ダクト16により接続するのである。排気ダクト
12は上記円筒1の上端密閉天井13の中央に接
続し、これをブロアー14に接続する。上板32

吸引する空気を予熱する。又27は上記ダクト1

容易に得られ、かつ同高温多量の熱量によつて大
形蒸気ボイラーを効率良く稼動し得るばかりでな
く、炭化塵を白色塵29となすため炭化塵を廃棄
する必要がなく黒い炭化塵による環境汚染を防止
