[Prior Art] Thermosetting resin pipes such as phenol resin and melamine resin do not have thermoplasticity, so they cannot be subjected to secondary molding. Therefore, it is impossible to perform socket machining when connecting secondary pipes to each other, and the pipe ends are connected by selecting an adhesive suitable for the pipe material and gluing the pipe ends together.

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional explanatory diagram showing an example of the connection between the thermosetting resin pipes 5a and 5b, and this connection is
A cylindrical pipe joint 2 having a circular cross section and having an inner diameter equal to or slightly larger than the outer diameter of pipes 5a and 5b and made of the same material as the pipes 5a and 5b is used. Then, an adhesive is applied to one or both of the tube end surfaces of the tubes 5a and 5b, the tube end outer circumferential surface, and the inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical pipe joint 2,
Insert the pipes 5a and 5b from both side openings of the cylindrical pipe joint 2,
As shown in FIG. 3, the tubes 5a and 5b are butted against each other. Then, the operator holds the joints firmly in place so that the pipes 5a, 5b, etc. do not move until the adhesive filling the gap 3.4 hardens, and the adhesive hardens. At that point, the work of joining the pipe ends was completed.

A quick-drying adhesive is used as the adhesive, but if the curing time is too fast, the working time after applying the adhesive will be shortened, so it is necessary to align the tube axes in a straight line and butt the ends of the tubes. Various problems arise in accurately matching the angles, and in some cases, the joining operation may end in a state of misalignment, leaving problems such as poor sealing. Therefore, adhesives that require a certain amount of curing time are used, but even if this frees up work time and allows for accurate alignment of the tube axes, etc., the adhesive will not be fully cured. When the force of the worker for holding the above-mentioned is released and the butt force becomes insufficient, the tubes 5a and 5b separate in the direction of the tube axis and are pulled out, or even if they are not pulled out, they are about to harden. The adhesive may be peeled off and the adhesive force may be drastically reduced, or the connection between the pipes may be bent, and the pipes 5a, 5b, etc. may be kept stationary for a considerable period of time. This was quite difficult in practice.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention, which has achieved the above object, has a structure in which the pipe joint is configured to be elastically expandable by forming cuts from both ends toward the pipe axis direction, and The inner surface of the pipe joint and the outer surface of the thermosetting resin pipe are respectively formed with facing fitting unevenness, and the fitting prevents displacement at the joint part,
The gist of this method is to join the tube ends by curing the adhesive.

[Operations and Examples] FIG. 1 is a perspective explanatory view showing a part of a pipe joint and a thermosetting resin pipe used in the present invention. The inner circumferential diameter of the pipe fitting 2 is formed to be the same as or slightly larger than the outer circumferential diameter of the pipe 5b, and a notch 21 extending in the axial longitudinal direction from the end of the pipe fitting 2 is formed. It is preferable that two or more cuts 21 be provided in the circumferential direction, and it is recommended that they be arranged at equal intervals. Further, a convex portion 7a is provided in an annular shape on the inner peripheral side of the pipe joint 2. The convex portion 7a may be provided over the entire circumference as on the ward side, or may be divided at appropriate locations in the circumferential direction. On the other hand, a recess 7b that fits into the projection 7a is formed on the outer periphery of the end of the thermosetting resin pipe 5b to be inserted into the pipe joint 2. Note that the convex portion 7a may be provided protrudingly provided on the pipe 5b side, and the recessed portion 7b may be formed on the pipe fitting 2 side.

First, an adhesive is applied to the end surface of the tube 5b, the outer circumferential surface of the tube end, and the inner circumferential surface of the pipe joint 2. In the present invention, no joint displacement occurs before the adhesive hardens, and a strong bonding force can therefore be obtained, so that part of the application of the adhesive can be omitted.

Next, the pipe 5b is inserted through the end opening of the pipe joint 2. tube 5
When the end face of the tube 5b abuts against the convex portion 7a, this insertion is temporarily blocked, but the tube 5b is further pressed in the tube axis direction, the dividing wall 24 divided by the notch 21 is pushed out, and the tube 5b is forcefully fitted to the back side. The insertion ends when the convex portion 7a reaches the concave portion 7b and is fitted into the convex portion 7b. As a result, the tube 5b and the tube joint 2 are accurately aligned on the same axis, and movement in the tube axis direction is prevented by the fitting between the convex portion 7a and the concave portion 7b. If the adhesive is allowed to harden in this state without applying any special holding force by hand or the like, the pipe 5b and the pipe fitting 2 are firmly joined together. Note that other thermosetting resin pipes can be joined from the other end of the pipe joint 2 in the same manner as described above, either simultaneously or one after the other, and the end surfaces of each pipe can be butt-joined or joined via a stopper 23, which will be described later. and connect the two wooden pipes.

FIG. 2 is an explanatory cross-sectional view showing another example of the joint structure 1 connected according to the present invention. The pipe fitting 2 is formed with notches 21 in the same manner as described above, and a pipe 5a is formed on the inner surface of the longitudinally central portion of the pipe fitting 2.

A stopper 23 is formed to prevent the end face 5a1.5t)+ of 5b from entering. Further, the recess 7b formed on the inner peripheral side of the pipe joint 2 is formed with a tapered surface 22 whose diameter gradually increases toward the stopper 23, and the tapered surface 22, 22 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the pipes 5a, 5b. Convex portions 7a, 7a each having a tapered surface 6161 fitted therein are provided.

Therefore, the pipes 5a and 5b inserted by pushing apart the dividing wall 24 of the pipe joint 2 are moved along the tapered surface 22 by the restoring force of the dividing wall 24 in the diameter reduction direction.
The end surfaces 5 of the tubes 5a and 5b are biased in two directions, thereby
a, , 5a, can be bonded closely to both left and right sides of the stopper 23.

[Effects of the Invention] Since the present invention is configured as described above, thermosetting resin pipes can be joined to each other in accurate positions, and the operator does not have to hold the pipes by hand while waiting for curing. There is no longer a need to continue connecting, and connection work can now be done more efficiently.
