Claims (1)
- 貫通するボールねじ軸を直線移動させることが
できる二個のアクチユエータ本体を、ボールねじ
軸が平行するよう重ねて固定し、一方アクチユエ
ータ本体はボールねじ軸を固定してボールねじ軸
の軸方向に移動するよう配置し、他方アクチユエ
ータ本体のボールねじ軸に、一方アクチユエータ
本体の移動と他方アクチユエータ本体による送り
の単独もしくは複合した直線移動を付与できるよ
うにした電動アクチユエータを用いた直線送り装
置。
