Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電子回路において、電源電圧をエミツタ回
路に接続したスイツチ用トランジスタ回路のベー
ス電位を抵抗とコンデンサとの時定数充電手段及
びダイオードの瞬時放電手段により制御し、同ト
ランジスタのコレクタ回路より電源電圧の立ち上
がり時の時定数設定期間、前記電源電圧を出力し
てなるプルアツプ回路。 (2) 電源電圧をＰＮＰ形トランジスタのエミツ
ク回路と第１の抵抗と、第２の抵抗とダイオード
とを直列に同ダイオードのカソードを同抵抗側と
する方向に接続した同第２の抵抗とに接続し、同
ダイオードのアノードを前記第１の抵抗の他端に
接続し、同接続点をコンデンサを介して接地する
と共に第３の抵抗を介して前記トランジスタのベ
ース回路に接続し、同トランジスタのコレクタ回
路を出力としてなるプルアツプ回路。
