Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) バタフライ弁のリング状弁ケース本体の内
面を被覆するゴム製の弁座において、この弁座を
構成するゴム層が流体通路に面する内側ゴム層お
よび弁ケース本体に面する外側ゴム層の２層のゴ
ム層からなり、内側ゴム層が耐溶剤性、耐薬品性
等の化学的性質に優れたエラストマからなり、外
側ゴム層が引張り強さ、引裂き強さ等の機械的性
質に優れたエラストマからなることを特徴とする
バタフライ弁の弁座。 (2) バタフライ弁のリング状弁ケース本体の内
面を被覆するゴム製の弁座において、この弁座を
構成するゴム層が流体通路に面する内側ゴム層、
弁ケース本体に面する外側ゴム層、および上記内
側ゴム層と外側ゴム層の間に介在する少なく共１
層の中間ゴム層の積層体であり、内側ゴム層が耐
溶剤性、耐薬品性等の化学的性質に優れたエラス
トマで、外側ゴム層が引張り強さ、引裂き強さ等
の機械的性質に優れたエラストマでそれぞれ形成
され、中間ゴム層が内側ゴム層用のエラストマお
よび外側ゴム層用のエラストマの混合物で形成さ
れたバタフライ弁の弁座。
