(Problem that the invention aims to solve) However, this kind of toy is not interesting unless it walks at low speed and runs at high speed, so it is necessary to switch the power between low speed and high speed. As a switching means, the prior art that was filed earlier among the above (Utility Application No. 59-70917, Utility Application No. 70917-1983)
20412), all of them adopted manual switching, so the switching operation was not only troublesome but also easy to forget. The mainspring may wind up due to friction. In such a case, there is a problem in that an excessive load is applied to the gears that make up the governor gear mechanism and the gears are damaged. In the prior art (Utility Application No. 60-77483), a proposal was made to automatically disengage the speed-governing gear mechanism by means of a rotary member that rotates due to the ground pressure during ground contact.

That is, after the drive wheel is brought into contact with the floor and the mainspring is wound up, it is usually lifted from the front wheel side.
If the configuration is such that the ground contact side end (free end) of the rotating member is located behind the drive wheel,
Even if the drive wheel leaves the floor, the rotating member is still not completely removed from the floor, and in this state, the speed regulating mechanism is still disconnected from the power system, and the drive wheel leaves the floor and the rear rotating member does not move away from the floor. The problem is that the mainspring, which has been carefully wound between the time it leaves the floor and the time the governor is activated, becomes unraveled by the high-speed rotation of the drive wheels.

This idea was made to solve the above problems, and after winding up the mainspring, before the drive wheel leaves the floor, a speed regulating mechanism is activated in which the rotating member leaves the floor. It is an object of the present invention to provide a walking/running toy that reduces loss due to unraveling of the mainspring.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, the walking/running toy according to this invention has a toy main body having an arbitrary shape, a wind-up power source, and a transmission gear for the power source. The driving wheels are connected to each other so that rotational power can be transferred to and from each other through the group, and the rotational power supplied from the power source through the transmission gear group with a phase difference of approximately 180° from each other is used as walking power. A pair of crank mechanisms for converting, a pair of walking leg members that perform a walking movement by being powered by the pair of cranks, and a rotation of the gears while constantly meshing with the transmission gears constituting the transmission gear group. A planetary gear is provided so as to be movable in a direction, and as the planetary gear moves, the planetary gear engages and disengages, thereby interlocking with the gear that rotates by being supplied with appropriate rotational power from the planetary gear. When the speed regulating gear mechanism operates and the drive wheel touches the ground when the toy body falls down, the grounding side end that is forward of the drive shaft to which the driving wheel is attached comes into contact with the ground, and the grounding side end a rotary member whose portion is rotated in a direction to move away from the drive wheel forward and snuggle with the lower front side of the toy main body, and whose other end portion separates the planetary gear from the gear that operates the governor gear mechanism; The configuration was as follows. (Function) With the above structure, when the walking/running toy is brought down and the drive wheel is brought into contact with the floor to wind up the mainspring, the rotating member is rotated by the ground contact at one end, and the planetary spring is rotated at the other end. Since the transmission of power to the governor gear mechanism is canceled by moving the gear, no load is applied to the gears that constitute the governor gear mechanism. Furthermore, even when the walking/running toy is in a fallen state and travels by the driving wheels, the power is not transmitted to the governor gear mechanism as described above.
Can run at high speed.

On the other hand, after the mainspring has been wound up as described above, if the walking/running toy is lifted so that its front wheels come off the floor first, the rotating member will come off the floor before the drive wheels come off the floor. Since the speed regulating mechanism works as intended, there is less waste due to the mainspring coming undone. In addition, when lifted in this way or stood up using the walking leg members, the speed regulating mechanism is in operation without being hindered by the rotating member, so the walking leg members and the drive The movement of the wheels is maintained at a low speed, making it possible to walk slowly, and reducing power loss when the driving wheels and walking leg members are lifted up so that they do not touch the ground.

The planetary gear 55 is composed of a small gear 55a that is always meshed with the transmission gear 46, and a large gear 55b that is provided integrally with the small gear 55a and meshes with and disengages from the gear 51b as the small gear 55a moves. The movement is performed through an arc-shaped shaft hole 60 provided on both side walls of the machine frame 60, with the axis of the transmission gear 46 as the center of curvature.
This is possible by being fixed to a rotary shaft 55c (FIG. 4) which is movably (elevating and lowering) supported by a shaft 55c. With such a configuration, the planetary gear 55 has a small gear 55a that is connected to the transmission gear 4.
6, the large gear 55b moves in the rotational direction of the transmission gear 46, and as it moves, the large gear 55b meshes with and disengages from the gear 51b. In other words, drive shaft 2
1 and 21 rotate clockwise in FIG. 4, that is, in a direction to wind up the mainspring (not shown) of the spring-type power source 30 (FIG. 3), the planetary gear 55 moves in the downward direction, The large gear 55b is the gear 5
Leaves 1b. Conversely, when the drive wheels 21, 21 rotate counterclockwise in FIG. 5, that is, in the direction of travel, due to the unrotating force of the mainspring, they move in the upward direction, and the large gear 55b moves toward the gear 51b. As a result, the speed governor gear mechanism 50 is operated, and the rotation of the drive wheels 21, 21 is decelerated.

The grounding part 23a and the arm part 23b of this rotating member 23
This means that when the lower end of the grounding part 23a is approximately on the plane where the lower end of the driven shaft 11 and the lower ends of the driving wheels 21, 21 touch, the arm part 23b pushes down the shaft 55c to remove the planetary gear 55 from the gear 51b. They are in a position that allows them to be completely separated. In other words, walking/running toy 1
When the driven wheel 11 and the driving wheels 21, 21 are placed in a state where they are in contact with the ground, the rotating member 23 rotates clockwise in FIG.
1 and the lower ends of the drive wheels 21, 21, and at this time, the planetary gear 55 rotates counterclockwise in FIG. 5 due to the unwinding force of the mainspring (not shown). Even though the transmission gear 46 applies an upward force in the direction of meshing with the gear 51b, the arm portion 23b of the rotating member 23 forces the gear 51b to be pushed down in the direction of separating from the gear 51b. .

First, the walking/running toy 1 is brought down so that the driven shaft 11 and drive wheels 21, 21 are in contact with the floor 100, and then moved in the direction shown by the arrow X in FIG. 6, that is, in the backward direction. Then, the driving wheels 21, 21
is rotated clockwise in the figure, the gear 44 is rotated counterclockwise (in the direction shown by the arrow in the figure) by the gear 45 fixed to the drive shaft 6, and the planetary gear meshes with the gear 44. 42 is moved counterclockwise along the outer periphery of the large gear portion 44a of the gear 44 and meshes with the small gear 41b of the gear 41 fixed to the mainspring shaft 8. Due to such meshing of the gears, the rotation of the drive wheels 21, 21 is transmitted to the mainspring shaft 8, and the mainspring shaft 8 is rotated counterclockwise in the figure. As a result, the mainspring (not shown) fixed to the mainspring shaft 8 is wound up.

At this time, the planetary gear 55 is lowered by the rotational force of the transmission gear 46, which rotates clockwise together with the drive wheels 21, 21, and the arm part 23b of the rotating member 23, whose grounding part 23a is in contact with the floor 100. Since the power transmission to the governor gear mechanism 50 is released, the mainspring (not shown) can be wound smoothly without receiving any load from the governor gear mechanism 50. The components constituting the speed-governing gear mechanism 50 are not damaged by the force. Also, at this time, the planetary gear 43 is pulled counterclockwise by the large gear portion 41a rotating counterclockwise in the figure, and moves counterclockwise along the outer periphery of the large gear portion 41a. , the large gear portion 43a of the planetary gear 43 is connected to the small gear portion 44 of the gear 44.
Since it is separated from b, it does not interfere with winding the mainspring.

After winding up the mainspring in this way, the walking/running toy 1 is released and the drive wheels 21, 2
When the restraint of 1 is released, the mainspring begins to unwind, and accordingly, the gear 41 begins to rotate clockwise as shown by the arrow in FIG. Then, the planetary gear 43 moves clockwise in the figure along the outer circumference of the large gear portion 41a, and as a result, the large gear portion 43a meshes with the small gear portion 44b of the gear 44. Due to such meshing of the gears, the rotation of the mainspring shaft 8 due to the unrotation of the mainspring is accelerated and transmitted to the drive shaft 6, and the drive shaft 6 is rotated counterclockwise in the figure. As the drive shaft 6 rotates, the drive shafts 21, 21 rotate counterclockwise in the figure.
The walking/running toy 1 moves forward at high speed. At the same time, the walking leg members 81 and 82 are performing a walking movement (the movement indicated by the arrow M in FIG. 5) by the mechanism described above, but since they are not in contact with the ground, the walking movement is Not done.

At this time, the planetary gear 42 is moved counterclockwise along its large gear portion 44a by the gear 44, which is rotated clockwise in the figure by the planetary gear 43, and the small gear portion 41b of the gear 41 is moved counterclockwise along its large gear portion 44a. Since the gears are separated from each other, there is no problem with power transmission due to the meshing of the gears. At this time, the planetary gear 55 receives a lifting force, that is, a moving force in the counterclockwise direction (in FIG. 8) along the transmission gear 46 by the transmission gear 46 which rotates counterclockwise together with the drive wheels 21, 21. However, against this force, the rotating member 23 forcibly descends and separates from the gear 51b, as in the case of winding the mainspring, so the governor gear mechanism 50 is in a rest state. drive wheels 21, 21
is kept rotating at high speed.

On the other hand, when the walking/running toy 1 is lifted to release the grounding part 23a of the rotating member 23 from the floor 100 in the state where the mainspring is wound up as described above, the planetary gear 55 is moved by the rotating member 23. The regulating force is released, and the gear is raised by the rotational force of the transmission gear 46, which rotates counterclockwise together with the drive shaft 6, that is, is moved counterclockwise along the outer periphery of the transmission gear 46. 51b.
As a result, the governor gear mechanism 50 operates to reduce the unrolling speed of the mainspring, and the rotation and walking motion of the drive wheels 21, 21 and the walking leg members 81, 81 are reduced. This reduces power loss when not walking.

Further, after winding up the mainspring as described above, when the walking/running toy 1 is stood on the floor 100 with the auxiliary legs 12, 12, 13, 13 as shown in FIG. , 82 alternately step forward without touching the ground, scratch the surface of the floor 100, and retreat (walking motion) to move forward. At this time, as shown in FIG. 9, the planetary gear 55 is moved counterclockwise along the outer periphery of the transmission gear 46 by the counterclockwise rotational force of the transmission gear 46, and the large gear 55b is moved to the gear 51b. It is in a low speed state where the speed governor gear mechanism 50 is in operation. Therefore, the walking motion is performed slowly.

(Effects of the invention) According to this invention, in addition to being equipped with a walking means and a walking means and capable of both walking and walking, when the drive wheel touches the ground, it touches the ground and is rotated by the ground pressure to control the speed. It is equipped with a rotating member that releases the machine from the power system, so when winding the mainspring and walking, the rotating member can always release the power transmission to the governor gear mechanism, and the mainspring can be kept in the state where it is wound. When the walking/running toy is lifted or stood up to release the drive wheels from the ground, power is always transmitted to the governor gear mechanism and the governor gear mechanism is activated. In other words, power switching between high speed and low speed is automatically performed by the rotating member, so no manual operation is required, and when the mainspring is wound, power is transmitted to the governor gear mechanism to form the governor gear mechanism. There is no damage to the parts, and if you pick up a walking or running toy with the mainspring wound up, the speed-governing gear mechanism will immediately operate and maintain the low speed, so the drive wheels will not touch the ground while remaining at high speed. Power loss will be reduced compared to when it was lifted. In addition, since the ground-contacting end of the rotary member is located in front of the drive shaft to which the drive wheel is attached, after the drive wheel is brought into contact with the floor and the mainspring is wound up, the running toy is lifted from the front wheel side first. In this case, the ground-contacting end of the rotary member leaves the floor before the drive wheel leaves the floor, and the speed regulating mechanism automatically utilizes the power. It is advantageous because the loss is extremely reduced.
