DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a decorative board in which a plurality of thin wooden boards are integrated in an array on a substrate by injecting and solidifying a synthetic resin liquid.
Specifically, this is a method for manufacturing a decorative board using a thin veneer such as a sliced veneer with a thickness of 0.8 mm or less as a decorative board.

Generally, in order to construct a parquet or checkered decorative board using multiple thin wood boards, the thin wood boards are cut into appropriate dimensions, arranged to form a pattern, and glued to paper, etc., and then placed on the base material. However, due to the expansion and contraction of the wood as it dries and wets, uneven gaps are created between each wooden board, which not only makes it look unsightly, but also creates an appearance that is only for the cosmetic nature of the wood. It exhibits a lack of three-dimensional effect, and the adhesive seeps out at the joints between thin wooden boards, resulting in poor cosmetic properties.Furthermore, hardness, abrasion resistance, water absorption, and other physical properties are poor. There are drawbacks.

On the other hand, in order to obtain good physical properties, it is conceivable to form a parquet or checkerboard-like decorative board by combining a plurality of resin-injected thin wood boards, which are made by injecting and curing synthetic resin liquid into thin wood boards. The treated wood thin board is extremely hard after resin liquid is injected and hardened, and when cutting the wood thin board into the appropriate size and shape, cracks and chips are likely to occur, and the cutting process is also difficult, making it difficult to manufacture decorative boards. The process becomes complicated, and furthermore, there are problems with the joints formed between adjacent thin wood boards, cracks in the wood thin boards, and decoration of chipped parts. In addition, after injecting the resin liquid, placing uncured wood thin plates individually in a pattern on the substrate surface is time-consuming and low in productivity, and the positions and intervals tend to be irregular and not uniform. There was a problem that it was difficult to get makeup that looked like this.

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention connects a plurality of thin wooden boards in the plane direction in advance with threads or sheet-like materials that are insoluble or poorly soluble in synthetic resin liquid, and the connected thin wood boards and threads are Alternatively, after injecting a synthetic resin liquid into both the sheet-like material and the thread or sheet-like material, the yarn or sheet-like material is placed on the substrate directly or with an adhesive, and then the substrate and the thin wooden board are placed. In addition, the injected synthetic resin liquid is leached into the joints of each thin wooden board and solidified, and the sheet-like material is removed after connecting the thin wooden boards via the leached synthetic resin. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a decorative board.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. A plurality of thin wooden boards 1 are arranged in a desired size as needed.
After cutting into shape, adjacent thin wood boards 1, 1
A suitably small interval 2 is left between the opposing end faces of the two pieces of wood, and the pieces are joined together in a flat plate shape with a thread or sheet material 3 that is insoluble or poorly soluble in the synthetic resin liquid, and the wood is joined in a parquet style, a small checkered pattern, or a checkerboard style. Form a thin plate. The above-mentioned small gap 2 refers to the state where the thin wood plates 1 and 1 are not completely in contact with each other, and includes small gaps of 0.3 mm or less that occur when they are butt-connected, but should be kept at a maximum of 4.0 mm. This is preferable because it facilitates the connection by leaching the resin liquid later.

In addition, a plurality of thin wooden boards can be combined into a desired parquet or checkerboard pattern, and since synthetic resin liquid is injected and solidified into the connected plurality of thin wood boards, hardness and durability are improved. It is possible to obtain a decorative laminate that has excellent physical properties such as abrasion resistance and has a constant spacing between the wooden laminates, and the wooden laminates are made transparent by solidification of the injected synthetic resin liquid, resulting in surface decorative properties. A good decorative board can be formed, and during the solidification process, the synthetic resin liquid leaches into the joints of the thin wood boards, making it possible to firmly connect and fix the thin wood boards at the same time as integrating the board and the thin wood boards. , there is no chance of see-through, cracking, or adhesion of dirt between thin wooden boards.

In addition, according to the method of the present invention, the sheet-like material or thread connecting the thin wooden boards becomes hard and easily destroyed by permeation and solidification of the synthetic resin liquid, so it can be easily separated from the thin wood boards by sandering or the like. It can be removed by polishing, and after removal, a beautiful decorative surface made of resin-infused wood thin board can be revealed. In addition, since the removal of the sheet-like material and the grinding of the surface of the thin wooden board are performed at the same time, the thickness accuracy of the decorative board can be obtained with one sanding. Since the liquid is injected and hardened, the cutting resistance of the sheet material and the thin wood board during surface sanding is almost the same, resulting in uniform grinding and the formation of a decorative surface with excellent surface smoothness with just one sanding. be done. In addition, since the sheet-like object is removed while being integrated with the substrate and the thin wooden board, the back side of the thin wood board is reinforced by integrating it with the substrate, and the sheet-like object can be smoothed without cracking when removing it. It is. Furthermore, the sheet-like material has flexibility because the injected resin is not hardened until it is integrated with the substrate, and the sheet-like material absorbs the pressure when pressing the thin plate with a press. There is no chance of damaging or breaking the thin plate.
