Claims (1)
- 走査光学系をコンタクトガラスに沿つて往復駆
動する駆動手段と、前記走査光学系の両側に設け
られた合成樹脂製の摺動子と、これらの摺動子を
支える上面に前記走査光学系の走査方向に沿う微
細な筋を有する案内部材とよりなることを特徴と
するスキヤナの画像走査装置。
