【特許請求の範囲】 1)ホットプレスとコールドプレスを順次に施し、ホッ
トプレスにより柔軟にする蒸しを施し、コールドプレス
により急冷して歪みを除去する加工を施した所定巾の銘
木単板の両端に多数並列の三角歯形のフィンガー加工を
施し、その加工部を次々に噛合い状に突き合わせてその
各突き合わせ部分表面に補強不織布テープを接着剤によ
り貼つて補強した長尺突き板をベースとすると共に、ホ
ットプレスとコールドプレスを順次に施し、ホットプレ
スにより柔軟にする蒸しを施し、コールドプレスにより
急冷して歪みを除去する加工を施した複数層の突き板の
各端面を、位置を喰違わせ上下に重ね合わせて前記ベー
スの内面に順次に積層し、前記のベースと積層突き板の
各層をプレス加圧して、可撓性をもつ一体形の積層体を
構成し、その積層体の表面をサンダーにより研削し、か
つベース表面の補強不織布テープを該研削により除去し
て厚さ2.0〜4.0mm程度にすることを特徴とする
積層長尺突き板の製造方法。 2)ホットプレスとコールドプレスを順次に施し、ホッ
トプレスにより柔軟にする蒸しを施し、コールドプレス
により急冷して歪みを除去する加工を施した所定巾の銘
木単板の両端に多数並列の三角歯形のフィンガー加工を

の対応内面の一方に接着剤を塗布し、該2枚の長尺突き
板の各内面を接合して前記接着剤の塗布層により接着し
、1.0〜2.0mm程度厚さにすることを特徴とする
積層長尺突き板の製造方法。 3)特許請求の範囲第2項記載の2枚の積層長尺突き板
をさらに2枚を重ねて対応させ、その対応内面の一方に
