本発明は、2軸延伸ブロー成形による合成樹脂製壜体の

われていないため、加熱装置で加熱されても、プリフォ

ツキがあり、その結果、成形が安定しないため成形能率
が悪く、かつ成形品の品質も安定しないという重大な問

ムをブロー成形の前に予め所定の温度に保温してその温

りも低い所定の温度に一定化された後、ブロー成形機3
の直前に設けである加熱装置(図示せず)において延伸
効果の出る温度まで加熱され、次いでブロー成形機3に
おいて2軸延伸ブロー成形により最終製品である増体に

ム10はそのネックリング11が、サイドガイド16に
載置された状態で搬送ベルト17に挟まれ、該サイドガ

本発明によれば、以下のような効果を達成することがで
