For example, for architectural corner accessories that have a decorative pattern on the protruding corner side, after cutting a decorated board, the board is glued in a predetermined state, or the molded object is cemented to match the shape of the accessory. It can be manufactured by extrusion molding using an extrusion molding method and then decorating each surface layer of the molded product with a roller. However, the former method of gluing has problems such as the need to match the decorative patterns when gluing the cut plates together, and the latter method of using rollers involves molding after extrusion molding. Since each side of the body is decorated with rollers, there may be problems such as difficulty in marking the corners. Therefore, in recent years, instead of the above method,
The following extrusion press decorative molding method is used (see, for example, JP-A-60-44303). That is, first, an uncured molded body made of a hydraulic inorganic material having a cross-sectional shape approximately equal to the final cross-sectional shape of the product is extruded, and the uncured molded body is placed on a predetermined receiving mold, and then the lower mold is molded. set on top. Next, in this state, a decorative pattern is formed on the surface of the molded body by pressing the uncured molded body with an upper mold through an elastic body with an uneven pattern, and then the molded body is molded into a receiving mold. The molded product is taken out to the outside and allowed to harden. Finally, the hardened molded product is removed from the receiving mold.

However, when press decoration is performed as described above, the following problems have conventionally occurred. In other words, when the mold is opened, the cleavage molded body that would normally remain on the receiving mold adheres to the uneven pattern forming sheet that rises together with the upper mold and rises together with the sheet, resulting in poor mold release. This causes the molded product to become deformed and lose its pattern, resulting in a significant drop in molding efficiency. The present invention addresses these problems and is designed to be used as a receiving mold for molded bodies used in extrusion press decoration molding, which has excellent mold release properties when opening the mold after press decoration, and is also suitable for subsequent curing. The main object of the present invention is to provide a receiving mold that can effectively prevent warpage and deformation of a molded product during the curing process.

According to the above configuration, after the extruded uncured molded body having a plurality of refractive surfaces is placed on the receiving part of the tray, the uncured molded body is set together with the tray on the lower die, and the uncured molded body is set in the tray. The molded body is pressed with an upper mold to form a decorative pattern on its surface, but due to the pressing force at that time, a part of the uncured molded body bites into the numerous through holes provided in the receiving part of the receiving mold. , the molded body is brought into close contact with the receiving mold. In other words, since the above-mentioned through-hole acts as an anchor for the molded object, the uncured molded object does not adhere to the upper mold side and rise together with it after pressing, so that the pattern can be quickly formed on the upper mold side in a good condition. peeled off from the sheet. As a result, the mold can be opened and demolded easily, the press cycle can be made faster, and productivity can be improved. In addition, in the subsequent curing and hardening process of the molded body, a part of the molded body bites into the through hole as described above and is cured in a state in which the molded body is in close contact with the receiving mold, so that the molded body is not warped. Deformation will be reliably prevented. This results in

The present invention will be explained in detail below. This example relates to a receiving mold used for extrusion press decoration of architectural accessories consisting of a plurality of refractive surfaces.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the receiving mold 1 is made of a hydraulic inorganic material (for example, cement, calcium silicate, gypsum, etc.).
It has a receiving part 1a formed in a mountain shape so that an uncured molded body IO mainly composed of can be placed, and a large number of through holes 1b...tb are provided on the upper surface of the receiving part 1a. It is. These through holes 1b...1b are each formed in the shape of a circular hole having a predetermined diameter on the garden side, and are arranged in a dispersed manner so as to have a predetermined interval from each other. Further, the receiving part 1a of the receiving mold 1 is provided with leg parts IC1IC on both sides along its longitudinal direction, and a plurality of engaging pieces 1d... on the outer surface side of each leg part IC. ld
is installed. By fitting the legs 1cXlc of the receiving mold 1 to the receiving mold fixing base 2 as shown in the same figure, the receiving mold 1 can be placed in a predetermined state, and furthermore, as shown in FIG. , its leg IC1
By stacking the legs 1c and lc of other similar receiving molds 1 on top of the IC, the receiving parts 1a of the number receiving molds 1 can be stacked with a predetermined distance from each other. According to the above configuration, after placing the uncured extruded molded body lO having a plurality of refractive surfaces on the receiving part 1b of the receiving mold l as shown by the chain line in FIG. The uncured molded body together with the receiving mold 1 is set on the mold, and in this state, the molded body IO is pressed with an upper die (not shown) to form a decorative pattern on its surface. A large number of through holes 1b...1 provided in the receiving part 1a of type l
Since a part of the uncured molded body 10 bites into b, the molded body IO is brought into close contact with the receiving mold l. As a result, the positional shift of the uncured molded body 10 during pattern formation is prevented, and the decorative pattern is formed in good condition on the entire upper surface thereof. Then, when the upper mold is lifted and the mold is opened after the pattern has been applied in this way, the through holes 1b...1
A part of the uncured molded body 10 that bites into b acts as an anchor. Therefore, after pressing, the uncured molded body 10 does not adhere to the upper mold side and rise together, and the uncured molded body 10 is kept in a good condition.
Moreover, it is quickly peeled off from the pattern forming sheet on the upper mold side. As a result, the mold can be opened and demolded easily, the press cycle can be made faster, and productivity can be improved. Further, the uncured acid □ shaped body 10 with the pattern applied in this way is then placed on the receiving mold l and stacked together with each receiving mold L...1 as shown in FIG. ,
In this state, the through hole 1b is cured and hardened.
...The uncured molded body 10 is cured while being in close contact with the receiving part 1a of the receiving mold l due to the anchoring effect of the part of the molded body that has bitten into the mold lb, so that the molded body 10 is cured and hardened. Problems such as warping or deformation at times can be reliably prevented. Moreover, in the stacked state as described above,
Legs 1c, 1c provided on both sides of the receiving part of each receiving mold 1, and a plurality of engaging pieces 1d...ld on both sides of the legs
Since the receiving molds 4 are fixed to each other, each receiving mold 1 does not bend or deform when these receiving molds 1...l are stacked or transported in such a stacked state. will disappear. As a result, a product with excellent dimensional accuracy without warping or deformation can be obtained. The above-mentioned through-holes 1b...lb are selected optimally by taking into account the thickness, shape, and demoldability of the product after curing and hardening, but the number of through-holes of this type depends on the molding process. body area 1r
r? 5 to 5000 pieces per hole, pore diameter 1+nm to 10
The range is preferably within mm, more preferably 50 to 50 mm, respectively.
500 pieces, ranging from 2mm to 51I1m. this is,
If the diameter is less than 1 mm, the anchoring effect on the uncured molded product will not be sufficient when the upper mold is raised, and if the diameter is larger than 10 mm, it will be difficult to remove the molded product from the receiving part after curing. It is. Further, although the through hole 1b in the above embodiment has a circular shape, the shape is not limited to this, and it goes without saying that the through hole 1b may have a triangular shape, a quadrangular shape, or the like. Further, although the above embodiments relate to a receiving mold used in manufacturing a molded body formed of three refractive surfaces, the receiving mold of the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the receiving mold of the present invention may be formed of two refractive surfaces. It can also be used in the production of architectural accessories such as L-shaped corner accessories, joiner-1 cut edges, and decorative dyeing.

As described above, according to the present invention, a part of the molded body bites into the many through holes provided in the receiving mold and acts as an anchor, so when the molded body is pressed by the upper mold, the corners of the plurality of upper surfaces of the molded body, The boundary portion does not shift, and therefore a predetermined pattern can be applied to the molded article in a good condition reliably and efficiently. In addition, since the molded body comes into close contact with the surface of the receiving mold when the upper mold opens and rises, peeling from the upper mold side is performed well. As a result, demolding becomes easier and the pressing cycle becomes faster, so productivity is improved accordingly. Moreover, in the subsequent curing and hardening process of the molded body, a part of the molded body is bitten into the through hole as described above and the molded body is hardened in a state in close contact with the receiving mold, so that warpage of the molded body can be avoided. Deformation will be reliably prevented. As a result, a product with excellent dimensional accuracy without warping or deformation can be obtained.
