Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve durability in an insulator section structure of the trolley wire on which the pantagraph of a train slides by installing a holding member, bridge body, and a pair of sliders set on the equal plane to the undersurface of a trolley wire, in a turnable manner, restricting turn, on a trolley wire connecting member. CONSTITUTION:The edge parts of trolley wires 1 and 1 are fitted with the installation groove of a connecting member 6, and fixed by tightening an installation bolt 9, and a section insulator 2 is connected with both the trolley wires 1 and 1. Then, the lower edges of the supporting wires 23 and 23 suspended from a suspending wire are installed on the suspending metal fittings 22 and 22. In this case, a holding member 4 contacts a contact member 12, and the tilt of the connecting member 6 is prevented, and the straight installation is enabled. Accordingly, the slidable surface 18 of a slider 7 is arranged horizontally on the equal plane to the undersurfaces of the trolley wires 1 and 1, and a pantagraph 17 is slidable-supported.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the structure of this conventional insulator section, the lower outer peripheral edge of the bridge body 3 slides along the lower surface of the trolley wire l, as shown by the chain line in FIG. Therefore, there was a technical problem in that the crosslinked body 3 was worn out when the pantograph 17 passed therethrough, and the crosslinked body 3 was only durable enough to require replacement, for example, twice a year.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a connecting member that is connected to each adjacent end of a continuous trolley wire, and a connecting member that is rotatably connected to the connecting member. a gripping member, a contact member that contacts the connecting member with the gripping member to restrict rotation, and a lower surface having both ends fixed to the gripping member and positioned above the lower surface of the trolley wire, and having a creepage insulation distance. a pair of sliders extending from one of the connecting members to the other connecting member and having a sliding surface whose lower surface is flush with the lower surface of the trolley wire. It has an insulator section structure in which section insulators are connected between trolley wires.

[Operation] Adjacent ends of the trolley wire are connected by both connecting members, both gripping members, and a bridge. At this time, the abutting member abuts the gripping member to prevent rotation of the connecting member, and the insulator sections are connected without tilting the connecting member. Additionally, the necessary creepage insulation distance is ensured by the bridge.

In addition, since the pair of sliders extends from one of the connecting members to the connecting portion of the other side, and the lower surface of the slider has a sliding surface that is flush with the lower surface of the trolley wire,
The pantograph sliding between both connecting members smoothly slides along this sliding surface. Therefore, since the lower surface of the bridge body, which is located above the bottom surface of the trolley wire, is located above the sliding surface of the slider, the pantograph does not come into contact with the bridge body.

Further, a plurality of mounting bolts IO are attached to prevent the trolley wire 1 from being removed and fixed, and the trolley wire 1 protrudes slightly downward from the lower end of the trolley wire connecting portion 8 to enable attachment.

This pin 5 must have the strength to withstand the erection tension that acts between both trolley wires 1, 1, so between the trolley wires, the pin 5 needs to have a small diameter and high strength. In FIG. 1.2, a pair of sliders 7.7 is attached to both sides of the left connecting member 6 by a pair of mounting bolts 16. The slider 7 extends along the axis of the trolley wire 1 to near the right gripping member 4 on both sides of the bridge body 3, and is flush with the lower surface of the trolley wire 1 so that the pantograph 17 slides into contact with the lower surface side without resistance. A sliding surface 18 that is a flat surface is formed.

The adjacent ends of the trolley wire l are arranged in series, the end of the trolley wire l is fitted into the mounting groove 9 of the connecting member 6, and the mounting bolt IO is tightened to connect and fix the trolley wire l. In this case, if the structure is such that the contact member 12 is not provided, the pin 5 is inserted at a position δ above the central axis position of the trolley wire l, as shown in the exaggerated schematic diagram in FIG. Therefore, the pin 5 is stretched so that the center of the pin 5 is located at the extension position of the axis of the trolley wire 1. That is, the connecting member 6 tilts about the pin 5, and the entire section insulator 2 sinks. However, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, the abutting member 12 abuts the side of the gripping member 4 to prevent the connecting member 6 from tilting, so the connecting member 6 is installed straight. Therefore, the sliding surface 18 of the slider 7 is arranged horizontally, the bridge body 3 is supported above the axis of the trolley wire 1, and the lower surface of the bridge body 3 is arranged to be biased upward from the sliding surface 18. be done.

Now, in FIG. 1, the pantograph 17 slides on the lower surface side of the trolley wire l from the left trolley wire l side and moves to the sliding surface 17 of the slider 7. At this time, as shown by the chain line in Fig. 1.2, the pantograph 17 is slidably supported by the sliding surfaces 17.17 of the pair of front and rear sliders 7.8, so the pantograph 17 moves the slider 7.8 in the front and rear direction. It slides without twisting (without twisting the trolley wire 1) and moves to the trolley wire 1 on the right side.

Moreover, since the bridge body 3 is arranged above the lower surface of the trolley wire l, the pantograph 17 moves without slidingly contacting the lower outer peripheral edge of the bridge body 3.

In this first embodiment, the abutment member 12 abuts on the side of the gripping member 4 to prevent the coupling member 6 from tilting, and the slider 7 is disposed along the axis of the trolley wire 1. The sliding surface 18 can be slid smoothly.

Moreover, since the pantograph 17 does not come into sliding contact with the lower outer peripheral edge of the bridge body 3, the bridge body 3 is not worn out, and the durability of the section insulator 2 can be improved.

Note that when the trolley wire l is stretched, a bending stress that bends the crosslinked body 3 acts, so in Example 1, the crosslinked body 3 is made thicker so as to have enough rigidity to withstand this bending stress. Otherwise, the gripping member 4 may tilt and the connecting member 106 may not be sufficiently horizontal. However, in the second embodiment, even if the bridge body 3 is bent to some extent, if the escape of the gripping member 4 caused by the bending is ensured by screwing the abutment bolt l13, the connecting member 6 can be moved to the trolley. It can be set parallel to the axis of line 1. Therefore, the connecting member 6 can be arranged along the axis of the trolley wire l without making the bridge body 3 thicker than necessary.

Furthermore, when constructing the section insulator 102, if the abutment bolt 113 is initially retracted, the connecting member 6 can freely rotate between the gripping member 4 and the bending between the trolley wire l and the connecting member 6. The trolley wire 1 can be constructed without any damage to the trolley wire 1.

[Effects of the Invention] - As described above, in the present invention, the connecting member is connected to each adjacent end of the continuous trolley wire, the grip member is rotatably connected to the connecting member, and the connecting member is connected to the connecting member. It has a contact member that contacts the gripping member to restrict rotation, a lower surface that has both ends fixed to the gripping member, is positioned above the lower surface of the trolley wire, and a length that ensures a creepage insulation distance. A section insulator consisting of a bridge body and a pair of sliders extending from one connecting member to the other connecting member and having a sliding surface whose lower surface is flush with the lower surface of the trolley wire is installed between the trolley wires. Because of the structure of connected insulator sections, the pantograph can have a highly durable insulator section structure in which the pantograph does not come into contact with the crosslinked body.
