が計量不足になったりする。(Prior Art) In general, foods and liquids are packaged together in a container to maintain their flavor, and by creating a vacuum inside the container, the shelf life is improved. However, when a liquid is subjected to a vacuum effect, it does not boil easily; in particular, as the temperature of the liquid increases, the vacuum value at which the liquid boils decreases accordingly. However, if the liquid boils during packaging, it may stain the container, or the filling may become under-measured due to water coming out.

Compare the data on the relationship between the boiling temperature of the liquid and the vacuum value, which have been adjusted, with the above-mentioned two side-out values, and when the predetermined vacuum value is reached, the operation of the vacuum pump 4 is stopped to reduce the vacuum in the chamber 2. It is designed to regulate the degree of

Therefore, in a general vacuum packaging apparatus, a temperature sensor must be installed in each of a large number of vacuum chambers to detect the temperature in each chamber.

The bag 1 is then delivered to the device B, where it is stored in a vacuum chamber 2 and subjected to vacuum treatment while rotating the rotary table Tλ.

The problem is that it is expensive.

It is sent into the chamber 2. Then, when the vacuum pump 4 is activated and vacuum operation begins, the degree of vacuum within the vacuum chamber 2 is constantly detected by the vacuum sensor 6. The bag internal liquid temperature detection value and the continuously detected vacuum detection value thus obtained are finally sent to comparison means 7 for comparison, and then the results are sent to boiling value determination means 8.

The electromagnetic switching valve 5 is operated by a command signal from the means 9 to stop the operation of the vacuum pump 4.

Since the drop in temperature of the liquid until it is vacuum processed is very small, there is almost no error even if the vacuum value of the vacuum chamber 2 is regulated using the detection value detected before the liquid is stored in the vacuum chamber 2. It is capable of maintaining a sufficiently good vacuum state.

節約されるものとなる。(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention detects the temperature of the liquid inside the bag before the bag is stored in the vacuum chamber, so there is no need to provide as many temperature sensors as there are vacuum chambers, unlike in the past. With good vacuum processing, one device can be operated by simply equipping one device with one temperature sensor or one set of temperature sensors, and the cost of equipment and expenses for detecting the temperature of liquid inside the bag can be reduced. This will result in savings.
