Abstract

PURPOSE:To retain a designed display object in a bottle in such a manner as to improve its design, advertisement effect and beauty and to prevent it from coming out of the bottle by providing a transparent bottle and a designed object filled therein and larger in size than the diameter of the bottle mouth when it is in a free condition. CONSTITUTION:A designed object 2 may be of either plane or solid form. Since the material of the designed object 2 makes contact with a liquid food filled in a glass bottle, it is to be the type causing no food sanitation problem. The designed object may also be printed to indicate the bottle contents or a novel design. In the case of a three-dimensional designed object, an actually three- dimensional article may be used as the designed object. The designed object 2 is of such weight and specific gravity as to be retained in a floating condition in the liquid food filled in the glass bottle 1. The function of this designed object containing glass bottle is that the designed object 2 is in no way removed from the glass bottle 1. Also, since the designed object 2 floats in the liquid food in the glass bottle 1, the bottle tends to attract the attention of a drinker, offering a great advertisement effect.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The designed interior glass bottle of the present invention that achieves the above object consists of the following. That is, a designed object interior glass bottle comprising: a transparent glass bottle; and a designed object that is placed inside the glass bottle and whose size in a free state is larger than the diameter of the opening of the glass bottle.

[Effect] The design is larger than the mouth of the glass bottle. Therefore, if the design object is a rigid body, it must be placed inside the glass bottle during the glass bottle manufacturing process, and if the design object is an elastic body, it must be rolled up and placed inside the glass bottle. After the design is placed in the glass bottle, it will return to its original size due to its restoring force. Once inside the glass bottle, the design will not come out and there is no risk of it peeling off. The shape of the design is a flat shape like a label. In addition, it may be in a three-dimensional shape, increasing the degree of freedom in shape.

The designed object 2 may have a planar shape or a three-dimensional shape. The material of Design 2 comes into contact with the liquid food placed in the glass bottle, so it does not pose any food hygiene problems. For example, a rigid body is made of plastic, aluminum, etc., and an elastic body is made of rubber, etc. The design object 2 may be printed, and the content displayed on a conventional crow bottle label or a new design may be displayed thereon. When the design object 2 is three-dimensional, the three-dimensional shape itself may be the design.

If the design object 2 is a rigid body, the bottle is divided into two parts at the manufacturing stage, the design object 2 is placed inside the bottle, and the two halves of the bottle are welded together. If the design object 2 is an elastic body, it is rolled up into a small size and inserted into the layer from the mouth of the bottle, so that it returns to its original shape with its restoring force. Once placed in the layer, the design object 2 cannot be removed from the glass bottle 1.
