Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本発明は、デザイン物を内装したガラス壜に関する。
［従来の技術］ ガラス壜の中に入れられる、ビール、ジュース、ウィス
キー等食品の種類を表示したり、製造者を表示したり、
商標を表示するデザイン的表示は、通常ラベル上に印刷
をもってなされており、該ラベルをガラス壜に貼着する
ようになっている。
［発明が解決しようとする課題］ しかし、従来方式には次のような問題がある。
イ、　ラベル上への表示のため、デザインは平面的なも
のに限られる。
口、　ラベルがはがれたり、汚れたりすると、内容物が
わからなくなる。
本発明は、デザイン表示はラベルで行うものとしていた
従来の固定観念から脱却して、デザイン表示物をラベル
以外のものから作製し、それをデザイン的、宣伝的、美
的観念を増すようにかつ壜から外れないように壜に支持
させることを目的とする。
［課題を解決するための手段］ 上記目的を達成する本発明のデザイン的内装ガラス壜は
、次のものから成る。すなわち、透明なガラス壜と、 前記ガラス壜の中に入れられており、前記ガラス壜の壜
口の径より自由状態におけるサイズが大きいデザイン物
と、 から成るデザイン物内装ガラス壜。
［作　　用］ デザイン物はガラス壜口より大きい。したがって、デザ
イン物が剛体の場合はガラス壜の製造過程中でガラス壜
の中に入れられなければならず、デザイン物が弾性体の
場合は、デザイン物を丸めてガラス壜の中に入れ、入れ
た後復元力で元のサイズになるよう（する。ガラス壜の
中に入った後はデザイン物はガラス壜から出ず、はがれ
たりするおそれはない。デザイン物の形状はラベルのよ
うな平面形状のみならず、立体形状でもよく、形状の自
由度が増す。
［実施例］ 図は本発明の一実施例を示す。
１は透明なガラス壜を示し、２がガラス壜の中に入れら
れたデザイン物を示す。デザイン物２はガラス壜の壜口
の径よりも自由状態でのサイズが大きい。
デザイン物２は平面形状であっても、立体形状であって
もよい。デザイン物２の材料はガラス壜の中に入れられ
る液状の食品と接触するので、食品衛生上問題を生じな
いものとされている。たとえば、剛体の場合はプラスチ
ック、アルミ等、弾性体の場合はゴム等である。デザイ
ン物２には印刷が施されていてもよく、そこに、従来の
カラス壜ラベルに表示されていた内容や、新規なデザイ
ン等が表示されてもよい。デザイン物２が立体の場合は
、立体形状そのものがデザインとなる場合もある。
デザイン物２が剛体の場合は、製造段階で壜を２つ割り
にしてその段階でデザイン物２を中に入れ、２つ割りの
壜を互いに溶着して製造する。デザイン物２が弾性体の
場合は、小さなサイズに丸めて壜口より層内に入れ、復
元力で元の形状に戻すようにする。いったん層内に入れ
られた後は、デザイン物２はガラス壜１から出すことは
できない。
デザイン物２の重さ、比重は、食品の液体をガラスＩＩ
！１に入れた時に、デザイン物２が液体の中で浮いた状
態を保つようにする。また、浮いた状態で安定した姿勢
を保つように、デザイン物２の下端部に重りを設けてお
いてもよい。
上記のようなデザイン物内装ガラス壜の作用は、デザイ
ン物２がガラス＠１から外れないことである。また、デ
ザイン物２がガラス壜１の中の食品液の中で浮いて動く
ので、自然と飲む人の注目するところとなり、宣伝的効
果が大きいことである。
［発明の効果］ 本発明によれば、デザイン物がガラス壜から外れないこ
と、宣伝的効果が大きいこと、立体形状が許されること
から形状的自由度が大きいこと、等の効果がある。
