For example, in a mountain slope where there are no roads, heavy objects such as booms are disassembled and transported to the construction site by helicopter or aerial cable. However, unless Derrick D is constructed, the column cannot be assembled.

Since the work area was small, and they wanted to reduce the number of tools as much as possible, the challenge for site workers was to construct the pillars without a derrick or large crane. Furthermore, even if a derrick or large crane is used, working at heights of 8 to 12 meters is difficult and requires skill, and improvements have been needed from a safety standpoint.

Place a swivel base on the mast and fix the lower end of the boom on top of it. The top of the boom is supported by wires from the triangular frame. Side frames with a height of 5 to 6 m will be installed on the left and right sides of the mast.

If necessary for the operation of the base rod, the side frame can be divided into two parts, upper and lower, and the roller frame can be divided into two parts, left and right. Even after the swivel and boom are assembled on the mast, they can be assembled on the base plate.

As shown in FIG. 4, the raising frame 6 is provided with outer rollers 6a in the diagonal direction and is attached with a raising device using a hydraulic cylinder, so that it can be raised and lowered by hydraulic power. The raising may be done by a wire semi method using a pulley. A swivel base 3 is mounted on the mast M, a triangular frame 4 is fixed thereon, and a boom 5 is also placed and the lower end is locked.

Although the ceiling mount H has a rectangular frame, it cannot be directly moved onto the side mounts using white birch. This is because it is obstructed by the boom 5 extending upward. Therefore, the ceiling mount H is divided into two in advance in the vertical direction. It is suspended from one side at a time surrounding the boom, integrated with bolts, and then fixed to the side frame S. There are square guides Hg at the four corners of the ceiling frame H, which are connected to square guides Sg provided at each of the two corners of the left and right side frames S (FIG. 3).

The engagement between the bin 10 and the frame H (S> is kept off. In other words, the roller frame is guided by the guides Sg and Hg and rises together with the mast M. At this time, the distance between the two points of the roller frame and the raised frame is constant. to prevent the column from falling. When the mast rises to a predetermined height near the ceiling mount, the lifting is temporarily stopped and the engagement of the bins 9 and 10 between the mast and the mount is reversed. Then, the unit Connect the pillars and resume raising. The roller frame is locked to the ceiling frame H,
The column rises stably while being restrained from falling by the roller frame. Finally, connect the lowest unit column to complete the column to a self-supporting height, and its lower end is supported by the base plate.
