(b) Prior Art Various techniques are already known in the technical field of the present invention. That is, various electric temperature control devices are combined with the heating means of various types of automatic sake brewers used for commercial purposes. For example, in 1983-8342, multiple liquor passages were arranged parallel to the outer surface of an aluminum block in which a sheathed heater was buried.
As is clear from Utility Model Publication No. 60-29938, there are sake sake brewers with a structure like the one shown in No. 29938, which have a tank for heating sake with a heater placed around the lower part of the periphery, and a tank with a heater inside the tank. A structure is known in which a temperature sensing element for detecting temperature is attached and this is combined with a temperature control circuit. Another structure is that the liquor is directly heated using a flat heating passage provided in a synthetic resin heater and a plurality of ceramic heaters arranged in tandem within the passage, and a server installed near the exit of the passage. Some devices include an electric circuit that detects the temperature of sake heated by a mister and controls the operation of an electric pump and ceramic heater.

(c) Problems to be solved by the invention There are the following problems with the above-mentioned various types of commercial sake bottles. In other words, in the case of a structure in which the amount of sake flowing into a heater made of an aluminum block or the like is controlled by a float switch attached to the storage tank, heated sake can be continuously heated in multiple sake bottles. If the sample is collected at a certain time, there is a drawback that each time a fixed amount is sent from the liquor bottle to the storage tank, there is a delay in the next heating time and the fixed amount cannot be obtained. In addition, when heated sake is not collected, a certain amount of sake is stored in this storage tank, so the heater, which is controlled to the desired temperature, is in a dry state, and this causes the sake to be kept in a dry state. There is also a major drawback in that the alcohol remaining on the aisle surface becomes burnt, and the burnt and altered quality dissolves into the sake to be collected, impairing its taste. In addition, in a structure that stores and heats sake in a tank, the sake in the tank is heated and turned on.
-It operates to keep the sake warm by controlling it off, but it has the disadvantage that if the sake is left for a long time without being sampled, the taste of the warmed sake will be completely impaired as well, and in addition, it is a storage type. Because of this, it is not possible to collect a certain amount of sake in the tank for a long time until it reaches the desired temperature, and there are disadvantages in that it is not possible to collect sake continuously with a large number of sake bottles. Furthermore, in the case of a structure in which a plurality of divided ceramic heaters are arranged in tandem in a heating passage, there is no detection means for detecting the presence or absence of alcohol in the heating passage. If they are energized at the same time, the ceramic heater will start generating heat before the heating passage is filled with water, resulting in dry firing, and when it comes into contact with liquid at room temperature, the temperature difference will cause cracks, etc., which is a drawback. Also, when the sake is sent out one by one and the sake in the storage tank runs out, the electric pump sends out air, which causes air to flow into the flat heating passage and when the heating surface of the ceramic heater runs out of sake, the same process as described above occurs. There is a drawback that the heating device is damaged due to sudden dry firing and high temperature.

(d) Means for solving the problems The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks of these various types of commercial sake brewers, etc., and has been completed by using new means and structures instead of using these known methods. be. In other words, a pair of sensing electrodes are installed on the inlet side (e.g., inside the storage tank) and the outlet side (e.g., near the outlet of the heating device) that communicate with the flat flow path provided in the heating device, and these sensing electrodes are used to detect the liquor. In combination with a control circuit that operates based on a signal that detects the presence of alcohol, this control circuit is configured to energize the ceramic heater only when, for example, alcohol is present from the storage tank to the outlet of the heating device. In addition to preventing the generation of alcohol, the sake flowing in the flat flow path is directly heated with a ceramic heater, thereby making it possible to continuously collect a large amount of heated sake in a short period of time.

(E) Operation Next, the operation of the present invention will be explained, including an example of the configuration of the control circuit 15 illustrated in FIG. One end of each lead wire 4 of the ceramic heater 3 is connected in parallel to one end of a power source 16. The other end of the lead wire 4 is similarly connected in parallel, and its end a is connected to the terminal a' of the control circuit 15. Also power supply 1
The other end b of the control circuit 15 is connected to the terminal b' of the control circuit 15. Further, the detection electrodes 11 and 11' are connected in such a way that both poles are connected in series, and both ends of the detection electrodes 11 and 11' are connected to c and c of the control circuit 15.
Connected to the d terminal. These electrical circuits operate as follows. That is, when the heated liquid 17, such as alcoholic beverage, is poured into the illustrated storage tank 14 to a required level, it contacts the electrode portion of the detection electrode 11 and makes it conductive. Next, when the electric pump 12 is operated, the heated liquid 17 such as alcoholic beverages sent out from the storage tank 14 through the liquid feeding pipe 13 is transferred to the inflow pipe 8 and the inflow port 7.
and flows into the flow path 6. Next, the heated liquid 17 that has flowed into the flow path 6 is sequentially sent out and reaches the discharge port 9, and contacts the electrode portion of the detection electrode 11' provided near the discharge port 9, thereby making it conductive. When the signal is transmitted to the control circuit 15, the potential at the point K becomes a low potential, and the output of the inverter 18 is inverted, and when the potential becomes high, the transistor T1 becomes conductive and is connected in series with it. A DC voltage is applied to the relay coil 19, which is energized, and the relay contact 20 is closed.
A and B of the power supply circuit of the ceramic heater 3 connected to both terminals a' and b' of the ceramic heater 3 are electrically connected, and the power supply 16 is applied to each ceramic heater 3 to start heating, and the inside of the flow path 6 is moved by the electric pump 12. The heated liquid 17 is sent out and flows, and the heated liquid 17 is sequentially heated to a desired temperature and discharged from the discharge pipe. Next, the heated liquid 17 in the storage tank 14 is sequentially sent out and reduced, and when the tip of the electrode portion of the sensing electrode 11 is exposed to the air, the conduction is terminated. Therefore, control circuit 1
The potential at point K in 5 becomes high potential and the inverter 18
The output of transistor T 1 is inverted and becomes a low potential.
is turned OFF and the series circuit with the relay coil 19 is cut off, so this relay coil 19 is demagnetized and
Relay contact 20 is opened. By this opening, the power circuit a and b are cut off and the ceramic heater 3
Power supply to will be stopped. Then, this cutoff circuit is turned ON again by the next supply of the liquid to be heated, and operates so as to enable repetition of this series of operations.

(f) Effects Since the present invention is constructed and operates as described above, it has the following effects. That is, according to the present invention,
A detection electrode consisting of a pair of electrodes attached to a storage tank that stores the liquid to be heated and a detection electrode consisting of a pair of electrodes attached so as to protrude into the flow path near the outlet of the heating device are connected in series, Both ends are connected to the signal input side of the control circuit that controls power supply/cutoff to the ceramic heater.
These detection electrodes are sent out in the storage tank and by an electric pump, and only when they are electrically connected by the liquid to be heated flowing in the flow path, power is supplied to the ceramic heater and the ceramic heater is activated for heating. Due to the delay in sending liquid into the flow path by the pump, dry firing of the ceramic heater does not occur.
Moreover, if the liquid to be heated in the storage tank is sent out one after another and the lower end of the detection electrode is exposed to the air, the continuity will be cut off and the power supply to the ceramic heater will immediately stop, so the dry firing of this ceramic heater will be prevented. No burnout occurs, and both poles near the fixed parts of the detection electrodes installed in the storage tank and the flow path near the outlet are fixed in positions that do not come into contact with the heated liquid, so leakage does not occur during long-term use. No malfunctions will occur. In addition, with the conventional structure, there was a problem in that a predetermined amount of sake was sent from the sake storage tank to the heating tank and stored, and it could not be collected until it was heated to the desired temperature. As the continuously delivered liquid to be heated flows through the flow path of the heating device, it is sequentially heated to a desired temperature and discharged from the discharge port, so that continuous collection is possible without any delay due to the storage heating described above. In addition, the heating surface of the ceramic heater installed in the flow path is controlled by each detection electrode installed in the flow path near the storage tank and the discharge port, and by a control circuit that is activated by the conduction/disconnection signal of each detection electrode. Since power is supplied to the ceramic heater to heat the ceramic heater only when there is a liquid to be heated, there is no chance of dry firing, and if the liquid to be heated is alcoholic beverages, the taste of the liquid will not be affected. It has a positive effect.
