本考案は、使い捨て可能なおむつに関し、特
に、保水性、防漏性を保ちつつ、優れた着用感を

（従来の技術）
最近、使い捨ておむつの需要が増加している
が、使い捨ておむつの特性としては保水性、防漏
性を有すると共に良好な着用感を併有させること
も肝要である。この良好な着用感を与付するため
に例えば、着用側より不織布、吸水層、不織布、
不透水性薄膜を順次積層した使い捨ておむつにお
いて、着用側皮膚の接する側の不織布と吸水層と
の間にほぼ股部に対応する部位に、いわゆるエヤ
ーキヤツプすなわち、表面に半球状に突出した多
数の泡状空気室（気房）を形成したプラスチツク
フイルムよりなるパツキン用シートを介在させた
ものが知られている（米国特許第43727号）。しか
しながら、このような使い捨ておむつは、皮膚へ
の当りの良い感触は得られるものの、エアーキヤ
ツプが存在するため尿水等が再び皮膚にはね返る
こととなり、保水性、防漏性に支障をきたし、着

種々検討した結果、本考案を完成したもので、本
考案の目的は保水性、防漏性を保ちつつ、優れた
着用感をもち、しかも安価な使い捨ておむつを提

すなわち、本考案は不織布と不透水性薄膜との
中間に、独立気泡性発泡体よりなり多数の打抜孔
を穿設した弾力性波板状シート、パルプ、吸水性
ポリマーよりなる吸水層及び不織布を順次積層し

するプラスチツクフイルム又はこれらで防水加工
されたシート等を使用する。そして、弾力性波板
状シートとは厚さ約２〜15mm程度の低密度、線型
低密度、高密度のポリエチレン、エチレン−酢酸
ビニル共重合体、エチレン−プロピレン共重合
体、ポリプロピレンなどのポリオレフイン或はポ
リウレタン等からなる独立気泡性発泡体シートに
多数の打抜孔を穿設したもので、該シートには更
に波状の凹凸或は碁盤目状の凹凸を形成させる。
吸水性ポリマーとしては例えば澱粉、セルローズ
等のポリサツカライド系、ポリアクリル酸系等の

るから皮膚へのはねかえりを生じることはなく、
