(Prior Art) Recently, the demand for disposable diapers has been increasing, and it is important that disposable diapers have water retention and leak-proof properties as well as a good feeling of wearing. In order to provide this good feeling of wearing, for example, from the wearing side, non-woven fabric, water absorbing layer, non-woven fabric, etc.
In disposable diapers in which water-impermeable thin films are sequentially laminated, a so-called air cap, that is, a large number of bubbles protruding semispherically from the surface, is placed between the nonwoven fabric and the water-absorbing layer on the side that contacts the wearer's skin, roughly corresponding to the crotch area. It is known that a packing sheet made of plastic film having shaped air chambers (air chambers) is interposed therein (US Pat. No. 43,727). However, although these disposable diapers feel good against the skin, the presence of an air cap causes urine water to splash back onto the skin, impeding water retention and leak-proofing properties, making it difficult to wear. There is a problem in that it makes people feel uncomfortable.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) The present inventor completed the present invention as a result of various studies in order to solve such problems. The purpose of the present invention is to maintain water retention and leak-proof properties. To provide a disposable diaper which has excellent wearing comfort and is inexpensive.

Therefore, the nonwoven fabric used in the present invention is made of fibers such as rayon, polypropylene, and polyester, and preferably has a basis weight of 20 to 40 g/ m2 , and the water-impermeable thin film is made of polyethylene or vinyl chloride resin. Use a flexible plastic film or a waterproof sheet made of such film. An elastic corrugated sheet is a polyolefin such as low density, linear low density, or high density polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-propylene copolymer, polypropylene, etc., with a thickness of about 2 to 15 mm. This is a closed-cell foam sheet made of polyurethane or the like with a large number of punched holes, and the sheet is further formed with wavy or checkerboard irregularities.
As the water-absorbing polymer, highly water-absorbing polymers such as starch, polysaccharide-based polymers such as cellulose, and polyacrylic acid-based polymers are preferred.

(Effects) Since the present invention is configured as described above,
It is flexible and has excellent cushioning properties, provides an extremely comfortable wearing feeling, and can be manufactured at low cost. Moreover, urine and other moisture expelled from the body are quickly and reliably absorbed by the water-absorbing layer through the ventilation holes. There is no possibility of splashing onto the skin.
It can maintain good water retention and leak-proof properties.
