As shown in FIG. 1, the automobile loading platform 1 has a structure in which a floor panel 2 is attached to the bottom, and cargo is loaded onto the floor panel 2. In order to improve the strength of this floor panel, it has a plurality of beads 21 that are parallel to each other and extend in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and have a lattice-shaped cross section, as shown in FIG. The rear end portion of the bead 21 is inclined and gradually decreases in the height direction, and together with the floor panel general surface 22 constitutes a fixed plane 23 on the same level as the general surface 22.

Although the member 3 was protected against corrosion, the cavity 25 having a triangular cross section was obstructed by the tip portion having a U-shaped cross section, and there was a risk that the corrosion inhibitor would not be sufficiently sprayed. Therefore, there is a drawback that corrosion is likely to occur in the gap 25 portion.

A flange 5 is attached to the flange 5, and a cross-sectional shape portion 51 having a shape corresponding to the bead 21 is attached to the flange 5.
, and the bead 21 is formed on this 〓-shaped portion 51.
A fixing structure for floor panels has been developed in which the floor panels are fixed by fitting them together.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the floor panel fixing structure of the present invention, the cross member is attached to the upper end surface of the cross member that extends in the vehicle width direction of the automobile loading platform and has a horizontal upper end surface. In a floor panel fixing structure for fixing a floor panel including a bead extending in the vehicle length direction and having a gradually decreasing portion at an end portion that gradually decreases in the height direction, the upper end surface of the cross member corresponding to the gradually decreasing portion of the bead. The present invention is characterized in that an inclined surface is formed that slopes in a direction opposite to the gradually decreasing portion.

FIG. 5 is a partial perspective view of an embodiment of the present invention;
FIG. 6 is a partial perspective view of the cross member used in the embodiment, and FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of FIG. A bead 21 extends in the vehicle length direction, and a gradually decreasing portion 24 is formed at the end of the bead 21 so as to be inclined and gradually decrease in the height direction. The gradually decreasing portion 24 is on the same level as the general surface 21 of the floor panel, and together with the general surface 21 of the floor panel constitutes a fixing plane 23 for fixing to the cross member 3.

An inclined surface 32 is formed in a portion of the cross member 3 corresponding to the bead 21 of the floor panel 2. This inclined surface 32 is the gradually decreasing portion 2 of the bead 21 of the floor panel 2.
It is sloped in the opposite direction to the slope of 4.

The floor panel 2 is positioned so that the and inclined surfaces 32 face each other, and the fixed plane 23 of the floor panel 2 is fixed to the upper end surface 31 of the cross member 3 by spot welding 4 or the like. At this time, the gradually decreasing portion 24 of the floor panel 2 and the inclined surface 32 of the cross member 3 form a triangular gap 26 as shown in FIG.

The tip of the member 3 no longer gets in the way. Therefore, anticorrosion treatment can be carried out effectively and easily. In addition, since the triangular gap 26 is formed between the inclined surface 32 and the bead 21, there is an advantage that the rigidity of the attachment portion between the floor panel and the cross member is improved.

As explained above, according to the floor panel fixing structure according to the present invention, since an inclined surface is formed at the mounting position of the cross member corresponding to the bead forming part of the floor panel, it can be easily achieved without increasing the number of parts. Moreover, there is an advantage in that it is possible to provide a floor panel fixing structure that can be satisfactorily subjected to anti-corrosion treatment. Further, since a triangular gap is formed between the inclined surface and the bead forming portion, there is an advantage that the rigidity of the joint portion is improved.
