Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本考案は、液体や粘体を所定の容器に定量充填
するノズルの改良に関するものである。
［従来の技術］ 液体を定量充填する場合、多数の小孔を穿つた
ノズルから供給し、その表面張力であとだれを防
止していた。ところがそのような構造ではあとだ
れを確実に止めることはできない。
［考案が解決しようとする課題］ 本考案の課題は、あとだれが生じない定量充填
機のノズルを提供することにある。
［課題を解決するための手段］ 本考案の手段はノズル本体内に液体を定量送り
出す弁杆を、これに適合する送出口に挿脱可能に
摺嵌し、該弁杆の先端縁と送出口の下端縁とに、
漸次肉薄となる尖鋭部を形成したものである。
［実施例］ 第１図は本考案に係るノズルの一実施例を示し
たもので、１はノズル本体２内に収容した弁杆で
ノズル本体の送出口３に適合する直径をもち、そ
の先端縁と送出口３の下端縁に漸次狭くなる尖鋭
部４及び５を全周にわたつて一体に形成したもの
である。
［作用］ 弁杆１は第２図に示すように、エアシリンダ６
に連絡し、ノズル本体２はＳ字管７を介して液体
容器８より吊設した定量送出シリンダ９に連絡さ
せ、充填アーム１０の往復運動により協動するピ
ストンロツド１１の先のピストン１２により液体
容器８内の液体（又は粘体）をノズル本体２内に
圧送し、ノズル本体内ではエアシリンダ１３の作
動で、弁杆１が動き、送出口３より定量送り出し
た後に弁杆１により送出口３を閉じるのである。
その際弁杆１の先は第１図Ｂのように送出口３に
嵌まり尖鋭部４と５とが合致するので、弁杆の先
で遮断した液を速やかに落下させ、表面張力で液
が溜まるのを防ぐ。即ち、表面張力は働かず、そ
の分液は落下し易くなる。
［考案の効果］ 本考案によれば、送出口の下端に表面張力によ
る液体が溜まつて、その後にたれることがないの
で円滑に充填作業を続行できる。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図Ａ，Ｂは本考案に係る液体、粘体定量充
填機のノズルを示す要部の断面図、第２図は充填
機全体の縦断正面図である。 １……弁杆、２……ノズル本体、３……送出
口、４，５……尖鋭部。

  1. ノズル本体内に液体を定量送り出す弁杆を、こ
    れに適合する送出口に挿脱可能に摺嵌し、該弁杆
    の先端縁と送出口の下端縁とに、漸次肉薄となる
    尖鋭部を形成した液体、粘体定量充填機のノズ
    ル。
