- ロボツトのアームの先端に取りつけられた吐出
口から粘性流体を吐出して被塗布材の塗布面に所
定の軌跡を描いて塗布する塗布装置において、粘
性流体を定量で圧送する定量吐出装置を前記ロボ
ツトのアームの先端の吐出口の近傍に取りつけて
なることを特徴とする塗布装置。
