Next, by detecting the difference between the human input signal and the phase-shifted signal using a differential amplifier circuit, it is possible to distinguish between an unstable amplitude signal (speech signal, etc.) and a constant amplitude signal (sound signal, etc.). I can do it. In addition, by converting the difference into an effective value to the effective value conversion circuit in the subsequent stage, the signal is converted into a binary value by the next stage). <1' Eliminate one work.

Binarize the number. (Fig. 2d) By controlling the output signal from the signal tone detection section 5 with this signal, the busy tone can be detected. (FIG. 2f) Next, FIG. 3 shows changes in the signal when an audio signal is input to this circuit. The input audio signal is converted into a signal as shown in FIG. 3a by the phase shift circuit 1. The level difference between this signal and the original signal is determined by the differential amplifier circuit 2 as shown in FIG. The signal obtained by converting this signal into an effective value by the effective value converting circuit 3 is as shown in FIG. 3C.

する。When an abnormality occurs in the house, information detected by the sensor 20 is transmitted to the home bus 12 via the sensor 11FU19. The in-home information panel 6 with an automatic alarm function connected to the home bus] 2 connects the home bus to the dwelling unit adapter 7 in order to automatically alarm the call destination set in advance based on this information.
2 to issue an outside line supplement request. The dwelling unit adapter 7 forms a loop in the telephone line and supplements the outside line. The E5 dial tone transmitted from the captured telephone line 8 is detected by the telephone system control section 27 in the home information board 6 with an automatic alarm function via the home bus 2, and if there is no dial tone, the call is made or received. It is determined that there is a collision, and the call ends, and if there is a dial tone, the operation moves to sending a dial to the other party. To dial the destination, the main control unit 21 and the communication control 31
.. The communication is carried out from the HBS control unit 30 via the home bus 12 to the dwelling unit adapter 7 via the telephone line 8. After dial transmission is completed, the dwelling unit adapter 7 performs lever detection to determine whether the other party has answered, and the information is transmitted via the home bus 12 to the home information board 6 with an automatic alarm function. Based on the information indicating that reverse detection has been detected, the operation moves to busy tone detection next. At this time, if a busy tone is detected by the telephone system section 27 connected to the telephone line 8 via the home bus 12, the other party is talking and the call is terminated, and if no busy tone is detected, a security message is sent to the voice processing section. 26 and is transmitted to the telephone line 8 via the telephone system control section 27 and the home bus 12. At this time, the call destination is terminated by detecting a busy tone, and if a busy tone is detected, the call destination is terminated and the next set connection operation is performed. Finally, all automatic alarms are terminated by detecting the tone during automatic alarms.

Furthermore, since voice signals and the like can be detected, there is also the effect that a busy state on a telephone line can be detected without detecting the direct current potential of the line.
