    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数の住戸を有する集合住宅であつて、テレビ
    カメラおよびマイクロフオンを有し上記各住戸の
    出入口に設けられる複数台のドアホンと、上記各
    住戸内に設けられるテレビモニタおよび通話装置
    からなる住戸機とを備えた集合住宅管理装置にお
    いて、上記各住戸機にドアホンの呼出し操作の応
    答を他の住戸機に選択的に接続する切換手段を具
    備したことを特徴とする集合住宅管理装置。
