Claims (1)
- 開口部を有するパツケージと、該開口部に取り
付けられる保護板と、該パツケージ内に収納され
る回折格子からなる光学的ローパスフイルタ、お
よび固体撮像素子とを備え、光学的ローパスフイ
ルタが保護板に固定化されており、光学的ローパ
スフイルタが固体撮像素子と一定の間隔を保つよ
うに設定されていることを特徴とする撮像素子。
