Claims (1)
- パツケージ内に、回折格子を用いた光学的ロー
パスフイルターを装着した固体撮像装置であつて
、所定の距離を規定するスペーサーを取り付けた
前記光学的ローパスフイルターを透明のシートに
接着し、該シートと固体撮像素子を透明接着剤に
て接着することにより、該固体撮像素子上に前記
回折格子光学的ローパスフイルターを固定するこ
とを特徴とする光学的ローパスフイルター内蔵型
固体撮像装置。
