響変換素子を用いた水中受波器を示す断面図、第
２図は他の実施例に係る第２の電気音響変換素子
を用いた水中受波器を示す断面図、第３図は従来
の電気音響変換素子を用いた水中受波器を示す断
面図である。 図に於いて、１はＣｕ箔、１１は膜状圧電材料
、１２は接着剤、１３は正電極、１４は負電極、
１５Ａは第１の電気音響変換素子、１５Ｂは第２
の電気音響変換素子、１６は防水ゴム、１７Ａ，
１７Ｂは水中受波器、１８は防水ケーブルである
。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 膜状圧電材料を積層した電気音響変換素子
    を用いる水中受波器に於いて、 中心位置に配置されて曲げ剛性を有する金属箔
    と、この金属箔の対称境界層に接着された前記膜
    状圧電材料と、この膜状圧電材料の対称境界層に
    設けられた正と負の１組の電極とからなる第１の
    電気音響変換素子と、 該第１の電気音響変換素子を均一に被覆して防
    水する防水ゴムと を備えたことを特徴とする水中受波器。 (2) 膜状圧電材料を積層した電気音響変換素子
    を用いる水中受波器に於いて、 中心位置に配置されて曲げ剛性を有する金属箔
    を有し、電極間に前記膜状圧電材料が設けられた
    １組の正と負の電極が前記金属箔の対称境界層に
    それぞれ接着されてなる第２の電気音響変換素子
    と、 該第２の電気音響変換素子を均一に被覆して防
    水する防水ゴムと を備えたことを特徴とする水中受波器。
