Abstract

PURPOSE:To allow a thermo-sensitive rod of a temp. adjuster to receive the heat from a heater efficiently and perform temp. adjustment accurately even though the body of the heating part is constructed large, by holding the ends of a sheath heater and the thermo-sensitive rod with a supporting member thermo-conductively. CONSTITUTION:A sheathed heater 3 is secured to a reflex plate 2 inside of the body 1 of a heating part using a fixing member 4, wherein the arrangement shall be such that the two ends lie on the same side. The body 1 is fitted with a temp. adjuster 5, on which a thermo-sensitive rod 6 is furnished while protruding into the gap between the ends of the heater 3, wherein thermo-conductive supporting is made by a supporting member 7 together with the ends of the heater 3. Therefore, the heat at the ends of the heater 3 is conducted to the rod 6 via the supporting member 7, and the temp. of the heater 3 is controlled.
