シユート破穴個所をシユート外部より簡単に補修
することが出来るシユート破穴補修器具に関す

原料輸送用ベルトコンベア乗継部シユートが破
穴すると破穴個所から原料がこぼれ落ち、それが
地上等に堆積し種々の障害を誘発することになる
ので、破穴したら速やかに補修する必要がある。

く考案されたものとして実開昭55−113812があ
る。第6図は従来の補修器具の使用状態図であ
り、つる巻き状止め金具4aの一端部に固着した
ボルト4のつる巻き状止め金具4a側を前方にし
てシユート側壁3の破穴8にねじ込み挿入し、破
穴8よりシユート内部に通過した所で止め金具の
大径コイル端爪が破穴の周辺位置に引掛かるよう
に位置決めし、ここでシユート側壁の外側より弾
性シール部材5と当て板6を当て、ナツト7をボ
ルト本体のねじ部に螺合して締め付けることによ

B部で示してある。取り付けは箱体1の二面の開
放面をシユート角部の破穴に合わせて、磁石によ
りシユート側壁に吸着させて行う。なお、第1図
