This type of inspection method requires a high level of skill because it is determined based on the impact sound. Therefore, recently, a method has been proposed in which a sensor is attached to the hammer and the sensor detects the change in reaction force during impact to inspect whether or not there is an abnormality in the structure. A tapping hammer as an inspection means using such a sensor attaches a sensor such as a piezoelectric element to the hammer head that directly hits the structure, and detects the impact reaction force by the sensor while continuously hitting the inspection surface. A structural abnormality is determined based on this detection signal. In this case, it is necessary to scan a wide inspection surface while keeping the striking force constant.
The tapping hammer frame is formed with legs that come into contact with the inspection surface to maintain a constant distance between the hammer head and the inspection surface, and the hammer head is continuously reciprocated by a solenoid mechanism and scans the inspection surface at a high speed. That's what I do.

If an abnormality was found, the measurement point would be marked. Furthermore, when the object to be inspected is in the form of a strip and is flowing along a line, a method is adopted in which a number of striking devices are attached to the frame perpendicularly to the line and the inspection is performed using the flow of the inspection member. However, in the former case, it is difficult to specify the inspection site, and in the latter method, there is a problem that the system becomes large, such as requiring a large number of impact inspection devices, XY moving devices, etc. Moreover, in the case of inspecting a curved surface of a structure, only a method other than testing by presetting individual measurement points using a single impact device has been applicable. An object of the present invention is to focus on the above-mentioned conventional problems, and to automatically obtain coordinates of a wide range of measurement points without having to set them in advance, without being influenced by the shape of the inspection surface, using the minimum necessary impact inspection device. It is an object of the present invention to provide a impact inspection system that can perform an intensive and quick inspection.

This movement position is calculated with a fixed starting point as a reference by a rotary encoder attached to a rotating node of the multi-joint rotation link mechanism. Therefore, since the planar position of the impact inspection means is determined simply by moving the impact inspection means along the surface of the structure to be inspected, it is only necessary to scan the surface. Further, the impact testing means allows yawing, rolling, and pitching motions via three orthogonal axes at the tip of the multi-joint rotation link mechanism. Therefore, even if the inspection surface is a three-dimensional curved surface, the direction of impact can always be perpendicular to the surface, and the accuracy of defect detection due to impact will not be reduced. Therefore, the measurement point can be automatically detected as the impact point moves with high precision without any detection errors, and the impact inspection system can have a simple structure. Further, by using a parallel link mechanism as one element of the multi-joint rotation link mechanism, horizontal movement of the inspection end is maintained, vertical displacement is prevented, and position detection accuracy can be improved.

。Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the impact inspection system according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an example of the configuration of the impact inspection system according to the embodiment. As shown, the system comprises a box 1o fixed in place, to which is attached a two-plane rotational linkage 14 via a vertical shaft 12, which provides a fixed rotational node. The two-bar rotation link mechanism 14 includes a first link 16 pivotally connected to the box 10 and a second link 20 connected to the other end of the first link 16 via a vertical shaft 18 which also serves as a rotation link. It is configured. First and second rotary encoders 22.24 are attached to the vertical shafts 12.18 of this link mechanism 14, respectively, and determine the amount of rotation of the first link 16 with respect to the box 10, which is a fixed starting point, and the amount of rotation of the first link 20. The amount of rotation of the second link 20 relative to the rotation angle is detected. Detection signals from the encoders 22 and 24 are outputted via the data communication cable 26 to a calculation means to be described later. On the other hand, a tapping hammer 28 is attached to the tip of the second link 20 in order to inspect the structure for abnormalities by impact. In this case, the second link 20 is a parallel link mechanism in order to always hold the holder 34 at the tip horizontally. The tapping hammer 28 is attached to the second link 20 so as to be able to perform yawing, rolling, and pitching operations. That is, a tip block 32 having a support shaft 30 projecting downward is attached to the tip of the second link 20, and the support shaft 30
Attach the horizontal plate part of the upside-down holder 34 to the support shaft 3.
The holder 34 can be horizontally rotated (yaw) about 0. Further, a first horizontal support shaft 36 that is orthogonal to the support shaft 30 is attached to the vertical plate portion of the holder 34, and a bracket 38 having a U-shaped horizontal cross section is attached to the vertical support shaft 36 located on the inner surface of the vertical plate portion of the holder. installed. Therefore, the bracket 38 is capable of rolling movement around the first support shaft 36. A triangular leg portion 40 is formed at the lower edge of the side plate portion of the bracket 38 and projects toward the tip, and has a function of maintaining the height of the striking distance between the tapping hammer 28 and the inspection structure. Such a bracket 38 is provided with a second horizontal support shaft 42 so as to be orthogonal to the first horizontal support shaft 36, and the tapping hammer 28 is attached to this, and pitching around the second horizontal support shaft 42 is provided. The tapping hammer 28 is allowed to move. In addition, these two horizontal support shafts 36 and 42 allow the tapping/)ma 28 to move forward and backward (pitching) and left and right (rolling) according to the curved surface.
It is installed as close to the bottom as possible so that the position will not change even if the device is tilted. As shown in FIG. 2, the tapping hammer 28 includes a solenoid mechanism 44 inside a main body casing 43, and a plunger 46 that is reciprocally driven by the solenoid mechanism 44 and is movable up and down. A hammer head 48 is provided at the lower end of the plunger 46, and the hammer head 48 has a structure in which a sensor 50 in which piezoelectric elements are laminated is interposed in a middle cylindrical portion. The hammer head 48 can go in and out from the lower end of the main casing 43, and is adapted to strike the surface of a structure located below. Further, inside the casing 43, a discrimination means 52 and a hammer drive control means 54 are built in which manually input a signal from a sensor 50 generated by the impact reaction force and determine an abnormality by comparing the detected pulse with a reference pulse. Such a tapping hammer 28 can be used alone and is connected to the main body casing 43 with a grip handle 5.
6 is provided. Such a tapping hammer 28 is attached to the main body casing 43.
is attached via the second horizontal support shaft 42 so that the front part of the bracket 38 is sandwiched between the brackets 38. As a result, the tapping hammer 28 is attached to the tip of the two-bar rotation link mechanism 14, and while freely moving along the rotation plane of the link mechanism 14, the tapping hammer 28 is constantly inspected by three-axis rotation even if the surface shape of the inspection structure is curved. It is only possible to deliver blows perpendicular to the surface. Here, the impact inspection system is provided with a calculation means 60 that inputs the detection signals of the row reencoders 22 and 24. The known length data of the first link 16 and the second link 20 is input in advance, and the tapping hammer 2 is
8 impact points are detected and their horizontal coordinate positions are calculated. Further, the calculation means 60 is configured to receive an abnormality determination signal from the tapping hammer 28, and the impact position coordinates calculated thereby are associated with the impact determination signal at that point and stored as measurement data. . This data can be output to a display device or the like if necessary. The calculation means 60 that performs such processing may be performed by a computer. According to the impact inspection system configured in this way, the moving position of the tapping hammer 28 is determined by the two-bar rotation link mechanism 14.
Since it can be automatically detected by the encoders 22 and 24 attached to the rotary joint, there is no need to prepare to mark the inspection position on the surface of the object to be inspected.
Moreover, continuous position data and corresponding inspection results can be output simultaneously. Therefore, a wide range of inspections can be easily performed with a very simple configuration. It should be noted that in the above embodiment, a two-bar rotation link mechanism 14 is used, but this can be a multi-bar link. Further, the box 10 serving as a fixed starting point can be elastically supported so as to be movable up and down, so that it can be used for inspecting structures having various planar shapes. In addition, if one encoder for detecting the vertical angle of the parallel link 20 is added to the above embodiment, three-dimensional coordinates can be positioned and captured.

The holder is provided with a bracket attached to the holder via a rotation axis perpendicular to the rotation axis of the holder, and the bracket is provided with a bracket that is attached to the link rotation surface via a rotation axis perpendicular to the two axes. A hammer head having a reciprocating impact drive is attached to the hammer head, and a rotary encoder is attached to the rotary joint of the multi-joint rotary link mechanism, and the rotary encoder calculates the plane coordinates of the hammer head based on a detection signal. Since the calculation means is connected, the impact inspection system can be quickly inspected using the minimum necessary impact inspection equipment without being influenced by the shape of the inspection surface and without setting a wide range of measurement points in advance. Can the effect be obtained? Furthermore, since at least one link of the multi-joint rotation link mechanism is formed by a parallel link mechanism, horizontal movement can be performed accurately, errors in coordinate positions can be reduced, and the detection accuracy of the inspection position can be increased. There is also.
