- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一端はワイパモータの回転部に回動自在に偏心
固定され、他端はセクタ歯車が設けられた自由端
として形成された第１のギアと、 前記第１のギアのセクタ歯車と噛合することに
よりワイパ駆動用の揺動運動を行う第２のギアと
、 前記第２のギアの回転軸を中心に回動自在に固
定され、前記第１のギアのセクタ歯車中心を軸支
するギア連結部材と を含み、前記第１のギアは、前記連結部材との連
結領域にワツシヤとして機能する第１の凸状段差
部を有し、他の領域に歪み防止用の第２の凸状段
差部を有するよう焼結形成されたことを特徴とす
るワイパモータ出力用ギア構造。
